This is by far the slowest Taco Bell Ive ever been to. Regardless of the time of day, its not unusual to be forced to sit in line for at least 10 minutes before even getting to order. Tonight was no different. When I first got there, I stayed in one place for 12 minutes before getting to place my order. After that, it took another 10 minutes to get to the window, then get my order and leave. 22 minutes for Taco Bell...smh

Monday morning i went to order a breakfast chalupa but discovered the restaurant did not sell them which was fine. But whoever was taking my order in drivethru was just so rude. I understand you maybe unhappy with a minimun wage job but that dont give you the right to talk to people crazy, get another job or change positions. After all, you working in customer service.

EXTREMELY irritating when the workers ask at the drive thru intercom "how many sauces and what kind?" How about just put enough in there, want me to break out my calculator and figure it out exactly while I hold up the line?? And they STILL forgot to put my sauce in there after I told them.

The wait waste the longest I have ever delt with i got into the line at 9:10 pm with 6 cars ahead of me and didnt get out till 9:51 normaly I would leave but its a one lane so I got trapped used to be a good location been going for years but I doubt I will take the chance again

The service it very standard. I was greeted after entering the door with a smile. The ordering was quick and easy, my order was repeated back to me. Food was out soon even though it was busy. Taste was fine, burritos a little disproportioned.

Its classic Taco Bell, nothing more to say. The food is fast food quality. If you go expecting more, itd be unfair to rate them badly based on those expectations. The service is standard, and the speed of food being prepared is above average.

They have a tendency to mess up your order, it is always exceptionally busy here, so there is always a long wait. Youre almost better off going to one in beaumont if the traffic isnt bad.

This is the best restaurant this side of the Mason-Dixon. I have eaten here everyday for 10 years and will never stop. If you want authentic Mexican food, this is the place for you!
