Terrible! This was the first and last time ;ill go here. First, we walked in and there were 2 couples waiting for tables, which baffled me because I noticed 4 empty, dirty booths and no one at the bar. But we took our buzzer from the "oh so enthusiastic" hostess who had her phone on her hostess stand. We sat and waited for about 15 still staring at the dirty tables and the hostess stand surrounded by wait staff chit chatting. We counted 5 groups of people leaving, and the # of groups waiting to be seated grew to 7. After 20 minutes our buzzer went off and we walked to the hostess and she simply pointed us around the corner. We were seated at a booth that had 3 dirty tables surrounding it. (which weren't cleaned until after we got our entrees) Our waitress was Casey, she was very nice but obviously didn't know the menu. We watched one guy giving another girl a massage in front of the server computers, and probably spent 90% of his time hugging the other wait staff and talking. The food was "OK" but nothing to be excited about. Their draft beer was broken, and we were informed by our waitress it had been for weeks. The tomato bruschetta was horrible.Their one saving grace was the Strawberry-Mango Limonata that was very good! But not good enough to make me go back. To top it all off, we walk to our vehicle to see 6 employees sitting outside smoking! I just don't recommend here at all.

The worst service ever ever! We were seated quickly. Waited five minutes for someone to acknowledge we were there. We decided to go ahead and place our menu orders with our drink orders to speed things up. Waited another ten minutes to get water brought out to us. Had to ask another five minutes later if they were bringing out bread. They finally did with salad that my wife ordered. She brought out the salad with a plate that was very hot. My wife asked if she could have a cold plate for the salad and the waitress told her that was all they had. She ate the salad out of the big bowl that it comes in. They said that they ran out of the soup I ordered and was making more. Waited another ten minutes and asked if I was getting my soup or my entree. She said that they ran out of something else and would be a bit longer. We asked just to pay for the salad and that we would leave. I took another ten minutes for her to come back. The manager came over and apologized and said we would not have to pay for the salad. He said he was sorry. We spent a total of 45 minutes waiting for food that we never got. It was bad service the last I went there and is still the same today. Wont be back. Stay away! You have been warned!!!!

How do you say "disappointed" in Italian? My son picked Olive Garden for his graduation day lunch. We got there when they opened and we were the first to enter. When we sat down we asked for a kids menu but were told "we ran out". Must have been a busy breakfast rush. Anyway, the plates we had for salad were dirty and when I wiped mine off with a napkin all the black smudges came off. The salad was withered and the dressing was globbed at the bottom so we had to stir it. I had to pick out the brown slimy lettuce. Mom ordered the Pasta e Figioli soup but there was no pasta in it. The only time we got cheese was on the salad and it was a quick 2 revolutions of the handle. No soup was offered cheese. My sons pasta was more fettuccini that Alfredo. The sauce was thin and watery and after we stirred it around his plate we were able to get some Alfredo for each bite. His wrinkly grapes were left untouched. So were the waters we ordered which tasted a lot like bleach. I took my one dumpling soup to go and let my fingers burn all the way to the car because I was given no bag to carry it in. I dont know what happened to this place but a few years ago it was a nice place to go eat.

I could write a novel explaining why my experience was so bad. Ill try to keep it short and stick to the facts. Service was virtually nonexistent. After our meals came out we didnt see our server again until he brought the check. There was also an extra charge on the check for what I assume another table ordered. Our tables (plural) were dirty, silverware...dirty, glasses and plates...dirty had to replace all. Our food was okay, but I suspect was contaminated. My date experienced some discomfort. I on the other hand had to make several trips to the bathroom. Ruined movie night for me. Ive never not tipped. I even tip for piss poor service and bad food. The complete lack of care for the people they serve and the lack of sanitation was just too much for me. The only reason we stayed was because we hadnt eaten that day and were starved. I almost forgot to mention the dead insect on the windowsill. Ill post a pic. Just overall a horrible experience. I wont ever be back.

Food quality is iffy. Sometimes it is really good others you might get pasta that is not cooked so well. Or meat that is kinda hard - maybe from being cooked early and ends and ends up on your plate. I also had a dish that I ordered a certain way then the last time I ordered it I was told it was a limited time special - it wasnt even on the menu now was it ever promoted in the store or via their ads. Stopped going for a while because of this. Service is usually pretty good. Only bad experience was with a hostess who wanted to put us right at the kitchen entrance, then said that was all she had the other areas were closed. Service to the rescue, sure no problem - where would you like to sit?? Hummmm. He was a great server - made that visit a much better experience.

This was the absolute worst service I have ever received in my life! I should have known something was wrong from the beginning when I originally called to ask about reservations and they rudely told me they dont do them on weekends and just hung up. We waited over 2 hours to be seated, another hour to get our food, and then another 30 minutes to get our tickets. The worst part is when they did bring the tickets they were incorrect. We waited AGAIN for them to reprint them correctly and then waited EVEN LONGER to get them back!! I will NEVER eat here again, it was just absolutely ridiculous! Our waiter did, however, manage to apologize and try to make the best of the situation, but the manager was the worst! Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

If you go to this Olive Garden, do EVERYTHING in your power, to get Matt as your waiter. This dude is a freaking LEGEND! His movements, smooth. His style, unreal. His ability to know what you want, BEFORE YOU WANT IT, amazing. He is Matt. "You want cheese on that? Of course you do - look at the pasta, its pre-cheesed, Im Matt, Im gone" Matt sidesteps into invisibility. "Hey Matt, can I get a..." "refill? Bam, look behind your cup, another cup - filled with soda. Already there, Im Matt, Im gone" Matt twirls behind the divide. "You want three bills? Ill make change, triple flip of the wrist, change distributed, where am I? Im gone" Matts gone. We Tip. A LOT. You wont ever forget, the Legend of Matt.
