Very poor customer service on the phone. Very unprofessional. A young answers the phone like she answers her cell phone. I had to ask if it was Celebrity. She proceeds to tell me that I couldnt order off of the gourmet menu because they have an order of 400 sandwiches. I guess those were more important than my potential order.

I drop in occasionally for a coffee and cookies when Im early for a nearby appointment. Since my last visit, the coffee has been replaced with K-cups. The cashier said it was a permanent change. Seriously?
