I REALLY liked this place. However, today some lady (manager) from Silver Sycamore drove up and stopped in just to tell me to unplug my laptop and plug in there "Open" sign. This is because they only have four outlets total in the whole store. One of which is dedicated to their small open sign hanging in the window. The outlet has a piece of paper that says "Do Not Remove Plug!" I was using one outlet and the table across from me was using one outlet also. I told her when she asked me to unplug my laptop that they need to get a power bar. She rudely said "I only need one plug". I guess its owner/company first and customer second. This is a simple fix people, I have even thought multiple times of donating one because I liked this place. If your business hinges on small hard to see open sign in the window being on during the day you might want to re think why you have it. To attract customers or deter them cause they cant use a plug? I come in here 3-4 times a week. I have seen people leave because there is no where to plug in their computers. Not to mention how many times I have come in and it was already unplugged. The second you made the "Do not remove plug!" sign with an exclamation point, would you not get a clue of the issue and the proper solution? I am a professional salesman and attribute my success to doing whatever it takes to make the customer happy. I really wish this business had common sense of how to take care of customers with exceptional service.

Ive tried to give this place a chance twice already. Today was the last time here. First of all, the employee isnt nice at all. Doesnt even greet you. No manners at all. I ordered a strawberry and banana smoothie and it was completely CRAP. I didnt drink it at all. Only had like two sips and left it there at the table. It was beyond sweet. It had some kind of syrup in it which made it super gross. Im highly disappointed with this place. Its very cute and all but i can definently spend my money somewhere else i can be treated appropriately and by employees who can actually fake a smile with a simple "hello" and "thank you". Never coming here again.

the location is a hideaway from your normal starbucks, dunkin,shipleys,its adding to its features,the pastry if they baked on the premise of course it be the best. i do not stay and drink my coffee at the location which has plenty of shade for the cooler months, you may want to drink it outside. the communitly is in pasadena setting a retirement area quiet not a crowded neighborhood no speeders. i do look forward to going when i can. have a great coffee day.

Lovely sweet tranquil place that offers top quality coffee. Barista delivered wonderful service and awesome lattes. Not very kid friendly!! Although ideal for spoiled adults who enjoy cute animal figures on their lattes or those who like to bury their faces in a laptop or mobile device while not indulging in a delightful beverage offer by the coffee shop. Came across to me more like a study hall.

Coffee was good,service not so much! Second time here and its been the same service,they "barista" doesnt Even greet you when you come in,when asked questions she seemed annoyed ect. I dont think my best friend and i will be returning to this coffee shop! Its so cute but not worth the service,i live in the heights and they have sooo many coffee shops with great service!

I pulled into the drive through a whim since I just happen to be driving by and always wondered if this place was okay. I got a coffee with milk and it was okay. The drive through attendant was nice. It would be nice if there was something more substantial on the menu in the way of food. Maybe the inside menu is different than the drive through menu. I dont know.

Tired of pretentious starbucks? This is a real coffee shop! Some of the employees can even do those foam designs so you can fish for likes on your instagram pics! On a serious note some of the new employees dont make the best tasting coffee but make sure to tell them your feedback as they will correct it and it serves them as experience.

Went in today and it was an incredible experience. The barista was super nice and he made sure I knew what I was ordering. I got a hazelnut latte and a pumpkin brownie and both were delicious to say the least. It has a great atmosphere and has very friendly staff. This is truly a hidden gem in Pasadena. I will definitely be returning.

Came in and ordered a latte and a 6 shot espresso. The latte tasted like steamed milk and my husbands espresso was only 2 oz. They really need to calibrate their machine so you can a full shot in your coffee. The bill was $20.00. We were charged for 6 individual espressos instead of one with 5 extra shots. Not impressed at all.

I love this Coffee House! I really enjoyed their vanilla iced cappuccino and the vegan brownie! I will definitely come back and spend my study days here. Amazing staff, a little bit of a wait because there was only 1 barista, but Id rather have this coffee than the Starbucks one with the long line

Very disappointed coming here iced cappuccino was boring and tasted very bland. Strawberry banana smoothie was basically strawberry glaze mixed with ice. Muffins very dry and bland. Paid almost 5 dollars for a small smoothie. I’ll stick to my usual Starbucks better coffee for cheaper price.

Absolutely wonderful place to be at. The baristas are extremely helpful. They are super friendly and are willing to answer any questions that you have. Its a lot better than Starbucks because it feels super personal and maybe Agora as well. It feels nice and homey too.

They offer a great selection of coffee, tea, and snacks. I love that they use locally grown produce for their menu. The artworks on the wall are constantly changing in support of local artists by selling them to interested buyers.

A nice privately owned corner coffee shop. Upscale coffee with a small country personal touch/feel. Staff was very friendly, they support local suppliers and vendor. A very pleasant experience.
