I always order a venti 7 pump white chocolate mocha, stirred (so all the syrup isnt sitting at the bottom) with no whipped cream and no foam. They get it right about 85% of the time and its delicious when they do. Other times, it tastes awful and I hate complaining about it because sometimes theyre nice about remaking them but other times I feel like theyre annoyed. I always get 3 at a time so maybe thats why? Either way, when I pay almost $20 for 3 drinks, Id like them to be made the way I order them. This location is much better than others in the area, by far.

Perla Mendoza took the words out of mouth. The employees were polite however they stink at making drinks. I ordered an undertow and it was cold. How is that drink cold when it is made with espresso?? Also, I ordered a short caramel macchiato and the lady told me that short doesnt exist however that is the size of the cup that the undertow is put in. Shaking my head. Need better baristas asap! Also, all employees really need to be trained on how to make an undertow! Drink is amazing if it is made properly.

Ok, this is a Starbucks in Crosby, where theyre more accustomed to Waffle House, DQ and McDonalds mm-k? Giving this one 4 stars because compared to most Starbucks in the GHA, at this one you can usually get a table and a plug with little to no hassle, as the local populace isnt jamming the place, more of a drive-thru on their way to work in the morning culture at this one. Bring a hoodie though, as the ac will be set at about 63, so dont plan on going after the gym without being prepared.

This HAS to be the SLOWEST Starbucks on the planet! Ive been waiting over 10 mins for a Tall, non-fat, 1-pump Carmel latte. THEY STILL HAVENT EVEN STARTED ON IT. I used to manage a Starbucks and this is ridiculous. Im about to jump back there and make it myself. Guess what? Its STILL NOT READY... dont come here if youre in a rush.... Or at all really.

Okay service, TERRIBLE DRINKS. They didnt get any of my drinks right. My chai tea is watered down and tastes TERRIBLE, the strawberry refresher with coconut milk was not made correctly EITHER. But of course Im too polite to make a scene. This place needs to get it together.. or find better baristas that dont suck. lol

Been coming here for years. The staff is great, the place is kept clean and I know most everyone who comes here. Also, oddly enough, Google Fiber is available at this location so Internet issues are rare. Cant expect, or say, the same about most downtown locations.

They never make the drinks properly. For example this is the second time we have gotten the smores Frappuccino, and its wrong. They didnt even use the marshmallow whip cream this time. I love the one in Montrose, we will stick to getting our drinks there.

Ive only done their drive thru. Like most Starbucks Ive seen, their outside sign never shows what snacks they REALLY have inside, but the staff was great and products delicious.

Moved to Crosby a year ago from near downtown, needless to say we have been to MANY starbucks. This one is awesome EVERYTIME!!! All the employees are helpful and nice.

I was here during a group bike ride. They put up with all of us and let us refill our water bottles even though most of us didnt even buy anything. Great service !

Decent Starbucks and one of the best shaken ice teas Ive had at any Starbucks..even Seattle. Not sure what you are doing right in Crosby, TX but keep doing it.
