If you are incapable of opening your own store bought pastries, need help pouring sub-hotel coffee, and want to pay more than at-the-gas-station for your favorite treat, then this is the place for you. Any of these other locations are guaranteed to have better customer service. Unless customer service means that you are treated as an inconvenience, walked away from, and then have drive-thru orders taken in the middle of ordering. It wouldnt be a complete problem if I was served what I was ordered. The only reason to give this "coffee shop" any stars are the comfortable chairs and free wi-fi. Of course you can find these in your own home.

Has potential, but overall about average. Would probably go to Starbucks before I go here. Ive been here a few times, but I think its under some new management, because some of the baristas Ive seen here look unprofessional (wearing gym shorts and tee shirts and no apron). On a number of occasions I have seen a 12-13 year old child make my drink, and it comes out lukewarm. They are definitely nice people though. As far as the quality of the coffee, its definitely not bad. Atmosphere is really comfy and nice. Overall, if the baristas were trained a little better, and the job was taken a little more seriously, this could be a great place.

Ive had better coffee in hospitals. It was very watery and what flavor that was there just tasted like old rancid coffee oils, as if they havent cleaned their machine in a while. The lady said "we use a french roast for a full flavor ". I had an equally disappointing cup a few years ago and nothing has changed. Havent had their espresso or espresso drinks, but if the cant make a plain cup of coffee, Im afraid to buy anything else. I couldnt finish the coffee. I had two sips and couldnt tolerate it. The coffee was insultingly bad for a place claiming to be a coffee shop.

I go there every couple of weeks - normally met up some motorcycle riders before we head out. Coffee is hot, decent. Super gourmet? No. But way better than a gas station. Pastries are - again - Decent. Not fresh-baked-there butter croissants, but I have nothing negative to say. Counter people have always been nice, friendly, helpful. They didnt offer to feed me the pastry or wipe my mouth after each bite, but they did their job and were pleasant. Ill continue to go as a meet-up place until they give me a reason to go elsewhere. So far, so good.

I love this place! The only drink I have ever gotten here is the frozen mocha cappuccino and I love it! I have also had some of their muffins before and I thought they were very yummy. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because my Mom has gone 2 or 3 times later in the afternoons to get a drink that has ice cream in it and they told her that the machine was already clean and didnt make it for her. I have heard it is under new management so Im not sure how good everything is now but so far I would just my drink here over starbucks anyday!

This morning 11/14/13 i was there to buy my coffee and the girl at window seemed like she woke up, threw a sweater on and she went to work, she was rude and unfriendly. Closed the window, didnt give me a receipt and did not asked me if i needed something else. I believe Jitters Coffee is a very nice place and i love the quality but you can do much better when it comes to customer service. Have people that greets customers with a smile and a good morning or whatever the occasion.

Jitters coffee, you guys are in a great location. Business offices and shops all around you. The reason why most of us choose to go to Starbucks its because your pastries are not good. I have tried several of them and they dont do you justice. Please join a local bakery that can provide you with tasty pastries. We want to see you prosper and grow but something has to change. I went in a couple of weeks ago...my latte was gross (I threw it out after one sip...was the milk bad? I have no idea) and the entire place smelled like a dirty bathroom in which someone had lit a candle to cover up the smell. The fact that such a place gets enough business to continue is an embarrassing reflection on our community.

Not sure why all the negative comments. Been here twice now. The baristas are nice, attentive & make good coffee pretty fast. Their coffee is milder than I prefer, but its not bad. I love the decor and seating. Plenty of tables & couches too.

Cinnamon dolce latte was super duper sweet and watch out for the sugar ants in the pastries display. Guy says they are only for display these are not for sale, ok but you have bugs in your store and in your "display" food! Yulk

Love this place. They closed there location in Kingwood and we miss it dearly. We will still travel a distance to to get our usual and love the personal touch they give . Awesome people !!!

Amazing coffee, great quick service. Frozen moca good plain or all the way. Friends dont let friends go to star bucks. Love it. Plus buy nine get one free.
