WTF??? I ordered 2 tacos and a burger. Waited in line for 15 minutes and at the window they asked if I wanted ketchup. I declined but asked for taco sauce. When I got home with my food I discovered no less than 6 packs of ketchup and no taco sauce. I thought the store had shorted my order because I only had the burger and 1 taco wrapper in the sack. When I opened the taco bag though, I noticed that the store had indeed put both tacos in the taco wrapper, one inside the other.... Ive never experienced that at any other store Ive visited. Although this one is the closest to my home I will not be returning to the Bowen/Pioneer location. Ill drive out of my way to another location or take my business to another business entirely.

Went through drive-thru at 4pm Oct 3. Once the worker opened the window, a stench of dumpster trash swept into my car. I physically closed the window after they walked away to confirm (which it was) the smell was coming from inside. Upon opening my supposed to be delicous egg, sausage, and cheese (even though I specified NO CHEESE) biscuit and taking the first bite I was put off by a familiar taste and texture... The eggs were rotten. I confirmed this with my brother ,who is a cook who uses eggs on a regular basis, he confirmed immediately upon inspection that it was indeed rotten.

This place comparing to other JB is strange. I dont know who manages that place but for sure is not the right person. To start with, there were several items missing from my order. Unfortunately I discovered this once I got home. we waited in line literally for over 15 minutes. its not even the first time this happens at this location. Its the third time and it seems theyre consistent on messing up orders. Will never put a step in that location again!

By far the worst jack I have ever been to they take forever regardless if you go inside or not they always mess up my order and last time I went the manager was being so rude to me barley handed my money back before she asked the guy behind me how she could help him I get home and my curly fries were burnt like she did it on purpose this place needs a new owner there never staffed and slow when taking your order or getting your food out

Never had a problem when actually given my food. Ive been denied service twice now because "their system needed to reboot". EDIT: As of the 2nd of December, Ive been denied a third time due to the same reason. What bothers me the most is that Ive been able to purchase food from this store at the same time without being denied, and it only seems like Im denied when a certain cashier is running the store.

RUDE RUDE RUDE. As soon as I walked into this place, the manager made a grumpy look. She told us to "wait" until someone could take our order. Once I got my order ,I asked the employee worker for what types of sauce they offered. She simply made a puzzled look and said she "had to get back to work". Not going to this Jack in the Box ever again.

Terrible food, ESPECIALLY on a Saturday and Sunday night. I ordered a burrito and it was filled with goo. DISGUSTING. Over the years the food and service has gone down so so much. Nobody will be surprised when this location closes.

Just left this Jack in the Box and got my favorite Chicken Fajita Pita... I was so upset to find my pitas cold!! The cheese was not melted, the chicken was not warm!! I have never gotten my pita this way. My lunch was ruined!!!

I know its fast food so the bar is not set very high here but regardless this location seems to always have computer problems order problems or somethings wrong or theyre closed strange things go on here

Visited the store on Collins Ave Arlington. Watch the food preparer handling the food with her bare hands and then wiping her hands on her pants. Lost my appetite.
