Worst DQ ever. I couldnt believe they served me such terrible food. The hot dog I ordered should not have left the kitchen. Its wiener was burned and dry, while the bun taste like rubber. Its safe to say DQ hired employees who lack the proper skills needed to do there job or worst, the management team and DQ as a company could care less about customer satisfaction. Its safe to say I was unsatisfied by the food and service and urge others to be ware of wasting (hard earned) MONEY on a service that is not in line with the number one rule of business. Customer satisfaction!!!!

After 30 minutes and the fifth time the counter girl/waitress walked past my table, I asked where my food was. They had no clue. They hadnt even started making it, so I requested a refund. That took another 10 minutes, GLARES from the waitress and the manager, and a final "there you go." 40 minutes after I walked in I walked out with no food, no time to get lunch elsewhere, and not even the smallest apology. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.

I stopped by on a motorcycle adventure. I was promptly waited on, and the food was quickly delivered. No complaints on the quality, the onions were crisp, the patty juicy. They forgot my drink, so I had to go ask for it. They apologized. As Im writing this review, Im keeping an eye on a fly that had been particularly bothersome... All this is subject to change if they go the Remodel route so many others already have.

Lady named jaime avoided to attend us.. she looked at us up and down and avoided to serve us. Kinda racist to me.... she turned away from us and walked around the machine and waites for the other lady to get to the register.... stupid people gotta be an obama supporter. Lol

We ate here this morning at 11:00 am. The dining room was very dirty while employees were just standind around talking! Hamburger meat was cold. It didnt even melt the cheese. Will I ever go back or recommend? Of course not! 5/6/2012

Slow service due to being the only fast food restaurant in Nixon. I ordered the chicken strip meal that was on special for 4.99 and my bill was over 8 dollars!?!?! The construction out front doesnt help the situation either.

I worked here. Its not easy to do the job. Just recently a lot of oil field traffic started going through this place. Lets see you make 64 beltbuster combos or 20 chicken basket meals. While dealing with regular customers.
