This has to be the worst service I have ever had in my life. By the time we left I was in tears. We came in around six pm and was not able to eat till close to 7:15 pm. It took over 20 minutes just to have a waitress come to our table to take our drink order and another 20 minutes before we could order. When we finally received our food around 6:45 pm it was all wrong. We went to the owner and let him know how dissatisfied we were and all he could say was "Im sorry let me give you free sopapillas" Not " we will fix your order and your sons order and take it off the bill or anything. When the waitress came back to the table to let us know they were getting the sopapillas ready she said she would make sure I got a plate to go the correct way. Never even offered for my son to get his done correctly, I told her we were very unhappy and that their dessert was not going to fix this. She went back to the owner and he said he would take the kids plates off the ticket. When we checked out they refused to give us an itemized receipt of what we were charged. TOTALLY REFUSED TO SHOW US! Really sucks for them we will never be back and we are a huge family of 10. CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE!!!!!

Worst customer service Ive EVER had in my life. I ordered a LARGE guacamole, and when it came out, it was literally 3 smalls spoonful size scoops of guacamole on a bed of lettuce, cheese, and pico. I brought it to the waitresses attention and she without hesitation said "I can bring you some more" I said thank you so much and thought I was being taken care of. She brought me another few small scoops of guac. Then when the checks came out, I noticed she charged me for TWO large guacamoles! She never mentioned the extra guac would be an additional order or that I would charged for it. When I brought it to her attention, she got her manager. 99% of the time the manager understands that "customer service is priority #1", but this manager starts arguing with me and saying that because I ate it, she couldnt take it off the receipt!! I was shocked! Her attitude was appalling. So incredibly rude. The food was bland. It took forever. Getting all of our receipts and getting them paid took 20 minutes! It was hands down the worst restaurant experience Ive ever had.

At 28 this is my first review, I NEVER complain but today I am. I placed a to go order, the female owner went and got my food, handed it to me I got my money out and instead of checking me out she started talking Spanish over me to the group of people behind me. I stood there waiting to check out so I could go back to work and after several minutes of them talking she motioned for the group that had just walked up and told them she would just check all them out in front of me. After10 minutes of waiting (because their card wasnt going through and they were talking) they left and she finally took my money, never apologized didnt even think twice about how rude she just was since I had been standing there and waiting first. I get that its your business and your the owner but you lost my business today and I wont be giving a good review. Very ridiculous. I will be going to the nice family Mexican Resturant on the square of Chachis.

Good food, long wait. I dont mind the wait but, I do expect the food to be hot. Ours was not. All the food was not what I would call hit, warm maybe. The tortillas were simply cold, cool, and rubbery. Not kind of, completely. I brought this to the cashiers attention and explained our tortillas were just to cold to eat. She said she would say something to someone. To my surprise I was charged 175 for 3 tortillas x3 entries we ordered. 475.00 for rubber. First you should not charge for tortillas that should come with the meal and certainly not charge for them when they are just too cold to eat. Thats just not good business.

los primos is an AMAZING place to eat. there is great service and is a great environment for any event. Amanda Adams was our waitress and she is awesome every time we go we ask for her she is sweet nice and can always be counted for.The owners are very active in their restruant their always walking around seeing if every one is doing good very nice people.the bar has a great tender and drinks r to die for so the next time you go to glen rose stop by los primos you wont be sorry :)

Best Fajitas in town BY FAR. Huge dish of the fixings which include guacamole, sour cream, Pico de Gallo and beans and rice. Plus you get plenty of to Tortillas. Unlike another place in town which gives you three Tortillas on a Fajitas for two plate then charges you for "an order" when you ask for more. Chile Replenish is also best In Town and the Tiger Enchiladas are a local favorite. See ice is generally pretty good although at a rush time I have seen them get behind the curve.

Food was tasteless! Waited too long for everything! Service was terrible! Had a spilled drink at our table but no napkins so had to go to the bathroom twice for paper towels. Chip girl just kept walking by although we were out of chips. Had to ask for my drink twice because they never brought it...same happened with the queso we ordered. Reccomend eating BBQ if you come to Glen Rose with your family of four because this family of fours experience was no bueno!!!

Food was terrible not the best Mexican food Ive had Tortillas were like the ones u get at Walmart My son ordered horchata drink and had mostly ice to were straw would go in cup cheese sauce was like the kind u buy at Walmart once again and right before I cleaned up and left I saw a roach in my beans now that was disgusting I hope I dont get sick if I ate one ide defensively think three times before I give em another shot NASTY NAsTY NASTY!!!!!!

Horrible service! Sat there for 15 minutes on a slow day with numerous workers (especially the one that looks like she smokes 20 packs of cigarettes a day) without being acknowledged at all while the booth right in front of us got constant service. They ignored us so badly that they didnt even notice us leaving. Avoid it and go to the Mexican restaurant next door or even go to friggin Buger King! Wish I could rate it 0 stars...

Terrible survive. Wait staff didnt ask my boyfriend about drinks or ordering until after two other people had come in and had ordered their drinks. I had run back to the house and was gone for 15min. They had basically ignored him. The people who had come in after us, got their drinks. We sat there for five more minutes while still being ignored. We then left. No point in turning a potentially good night bad.

We arrived at 6:20 on a Friday night. We had a group of 14 high school girls and about 10 adults. We were sat at 2 different tables with 2 different servers, which later complicated our bills. The service was very slow and then it took an entire HOUR for us all to get our bills paid! We were there almost 3 hours. Other customers were frustrated as well. Not acceptable!
