I walked in the door at 10:40 AM on Sunday, January 3 and was turned away by a cashier due to the fact that they didnt have any food ready. I stated that their doors open at 10:30 and i was under the impression that they started serving at 10:30. I was turned away by a cashier and hes only explanation was that they got there late. I dont know why you would want people working for you that deliver this type of customer service, you were losing sales due to employees not following policy and procedures and having food ready when doors open.

Your store needs to change the posted hours on the door. Your website says the establishment closes at 1030pm, but the last time I dined in, the lobby doors were locked just before 930pm and two other times I have stopped there to eat (dine-in) about 930pm, the lobby doors are locked. Are the hours 1030 am to 1030 pm, or 1030 am to whenever the on-duty manager feels like locking the doors?

Not a bad place to eat but the need to show cleanliness ...girl was sweeping lobby obviously looks like something going in her nose as well as stuff coming out...continuing to pick up trash watches two customers come in go behind the counter and proceed yo serve people without even washing her nasty hands...id give names but that girl already has problem

Went through the drivethrough and had to wait a few minutes for chow mein. Andres S was at the window and could not have been nicer. Even my 8-year-old daughter commented on how nice he was. The only reason I didnt rate this branch 5 stars is because my Kung Pao Chicken had too much fat in it.

I did not like this location employes were very rude, I asked to sample an entree and she just put it on my plate. My family was given very small portions also. Very disappointed in this panda location needless to say I will never come here again.

This is the worst service ever waited in drive thru for 30 minutes and still never got any food. Called to complain only to be told there is no manager at this location. Horrible customer service. Wont waste my time or money there ever again

They never have the chicken I want so its always a bit of a wait but so worth getting fresh chicken! Last time I drove thru the drive thru and they have me a free drink for my wait! Staff us extremely nice, love it!

Food always good here. I love the flavor of the spicy foods. Also enjoy the Orange chicken. The cream cheese ragoons make a great side dish. A little disappointed in the speed of the drive thru line.

Customer service very friendly and food is great. Parking is dedicated to the store but entrance may be blocked due to incoming and departing traffic from adjacent highway and grocery store.
