Good food, but rude manager (or who seemed to be the manager). If your soda machine is empty and customers are complaining and/or want a refund for their drinks, that is your fault as the manager. Especially since you are aware the machine has been giving you problems and has been serviced 25 times as you stated when you thought nobody was listening. Commenting, when again you thought nobody was listening, "its not my fault this machine is empty. Talking about giving you a refund. You better get out of my store with that mess" is rude, disrespectful, and cowardly. Get the machine fixed properly and Im sure youd avoid yourself plenty of problems. Also, be a man when you decide to talk about a customer behind their back do it to their face instead of between your teeth. If not then find another job

The worst food I have ever eaten! I ordered the Engineer which was drenched in some god-awful sauce and the mushrooms I added were pickled mushrooms - not sauted mushrooms. The taste was SO terrible that I tossed the sandwich. My son ordered the meatball sub and the meatballs tasted like they came from a can - very bitter and not at all kid-friendly. He tossed his too. We spent $16 and each had 1 bite. Absolutely the worst food Ive ever had.

Terrible experience. Manager was extremely rude on the phone after Id explained the 3 mistakes they made on the order. Consider going to a different one if you want these sandwiches.

Wonderful steak and cheese sub reminds me of Philadelphia. dripping with cheese and mushrooms loved every bite! Highly recommend wonderful service friendly helpful courteous staff!
