I order to-go at many restaurants when I am working, most are very good about this. Ordering to-go at Sombreros is almost impossible. Most of the time the phone is busy and the few times it actually rings, no one picks up. I have tried them several times over the last four months and always the same - busy or no body answers. I can understand a busy number, so I will call back several times but it just seems they do not want to-go business.

Take your Ladies night out anywhere but Sombrero, the Drink menu is misleading. We went on Saturday ladies night and was over charged for margaritas that were listed as 3.50 for regular, house and flavored all night. My bill was 19.25 for 2 regular size margaritas , and the manager would not adjust the bill. He then proceeded to complain about us to every customer in the restaurant. TAKE YOUR LADIES NIGHT OUT ANYWHERE BUT HERE.

Well lets see, one time we order a few different dinners and my daughter had some soft tacos, she found a snail shell in it, seriously. I asked the manager who was kind and apologetic, how the heck did a snail get in your food? Clueless to put it lightly. Also, the phone was either always busy or it didnt get answered.

Love! Are it 2 days ago for the first time, back again today. Drove 35 minutes to get here today, to bring a friend to try it. Great beef fajita meet, great chips and queso. Great service.

Nice Sports bar atmosphere, would definitely go there again. Food is good, service fast and friendly. Salsa is individual bowl!!! Double dip all day long!
