I cannot rate the place because I could not stay and eat there. When we arrived for lunch, we asked to be seated on the patio. We were led to a table and as we started to sit, we noticed various food products on the floor under the table. We moved ourselves to another table. As I sat down, I stepped on a fork laying on the floor. As I looked to see what I stepped on, I saw numerous food items under the table. Fries. Lettuce. There was some drink stain (large) on the floor between our chairs. Looked like a cola product. We moved to yet another table and we looked before sitting down. I was standing on a french fry. When the waitress came out, I asked her if they ever cleaned. She said something about a crew was supposed to clean. I pointed out the floor and kicked the fry in her direction. We left. If the dining area is filthy, can you imagine what the kitchen must look like?

Went here for a department outing for a co worker that was leaving for another job. Had a burger that had pulled pork and their signature root beer habanero bbq sauce. Wow, what an awesome burger. Since we were a fairly good sized group (20+) will give the server some slack, as it seems the drinks were almost always placed in front of the wrong person. But, other than that error, service was pretty attentive, especially since we were there during the peak hours on a Friday night. If you are looking for somewhere that is laid back and quiet, this place would not be for you. Our group was against the back wall and the place has an open design and is louder than what I would consider normal for a restaurant. It was necessary to speak louder than normal to carry on a conversation with the person next to you. Otherwise, the food was great and the service was decent.

Ehh. Decent food (Ive heard) but the mushroom and Swiss I ordered was probably the worst one Ive ever had... worse than Hardees, Culvers, etc. and more expensive-- the mushrooms were awful. Service wasnt great-- our big group table was seated outdoors and in a puddle (looked like it was coming from a giant fan stored on the patio) and we asked the server several times, in different ways, if there was anything we could do to not be seated in the puddle-- thinking our options were to clean up the puddle, move the table down out of the slop, etc. But nothing was done. My mother-in-law ordered a gin and tonic and it tasted like sewer water, so 3 sips in she returned it and wasnt charged for the beverage. Draught House is marginal from my experiences there.

Go in to watch football and are told we cannot see the Raiders vs Saints game because "All the TVs are claimed". Interesting, especially when two TVs right next to each other were showing the same game. Couldnt one of them be changed to our game? Anyone watching that TV could simply look 3 inches to the TV next to it to see their game. It seems to me a little planning and common sense would have made it work. Even when we tried to suggest this fix we were rudely told the TVs were claimed and they cannot accommodate everyone. This used to be one of our favorite places. The patio is epic, the food is good, but I guess we will find somewhere new.

Good food, but definitely not family friendly. We really miss Bang Bang, but thought we would check this place out. We have a 6 year old, and were very disappointed. No kids menu at all. The hostess seating us just dropped the menus on a table and walked off. As crowded as it was, we were a bit confused if that was our table or not, but she was gone. Terrible first impression. The waiter got our drink order wrong, so strike two. The only good news for this place is the food itself, which was very good. The place is noisy, but it is a sports bar. The floor is very crowded, the guy behind me was almost in my lap. We will not be returning.

Decent food. Wasnt horrible but way over priced for a place that serves bar food! $9.50 for a well vodka Bloody Mary!? We had the bloody, small draft beer, appetizer and two sandwiches. Before tip it was $57! Wish I wouldve went to a place I know I love with much better food to spend that much money. The server started off great but then left us sitting with finished plates (pushed to the side) for over 15 min before asking if we wanted boxes. Took another 10 min for boxes and didnt offer the check yet. So annoying. Waited another 15 for check. End of story: food and service were mediocre and price was laughable. Wont be back. money.

My husband and I went to draught house 50 yesterday. The hostess seemed very irritated we asked for a booth. Our permanent waitress was impersonal and never checked in with us. A young woman with black hair whom I know the name but wont mention. The mozzarella bites were good for our appetizer. My husband ordered an $11 breakfastburrito that turned out to be all not good eggs. The pancakes I ordered ($11) were good but the size of a half dollar. Our experience there was between a 1-2. Anyone could make much better food at home without a rude waitress.

Ill give him credit for having only one van accessible handicap spot too bad it was not wide enough once your ramp is down your wheelchair cant get off the ramp due to lack of space. They do have a accessible ramp to the front door. Once inside you cant wheel a wheelchair between tables to get to even the bathroom or two at able to have a bite to eat. All in all if youre handicapped in a wheelchair I would not recommend going here it made meet the minimum requirements ATA but not accessible

If I could rate it a 0 I would. Fast food places have better food than here. Ordered a Caesar salad and it wasnt even romaine. It was gross iceberg lettuce piled up that was slimy and turning brown. Coated with so much dressing it was soggy. Burnt bread and the parmesan cheese were just giant gross overly dried chunks. Waitress didnt even ask why I wasnt eating it. Just took my plate and brought the check. Will never go here again. Wish bang bang stayed because this place is disgusting.

Not our best night. We have been many times. Lunch dinner and brunch. Great food good service. Tonight however, service was ok, but the salmon club had so much sauce ( tasted like sour cream) it was impossible to eat. I could not even eat the bacon. Waitress was told about this, she offered a new sandwich but my companions would have been done eating when I would be getting my food. Brisket dinner was barely warm. Wings were GREAT. We will go back, I have never tried the pizza.

Ive been here 4x so far; mostly to meet friends wanting to "check it out". Sports bar atmosphere with a wide selection of beers, bar food, and cocktails. Its getting crowded quickly, especially on game nights, but if youre just looking to relax, the heated/covered patio seating is quieter with no tvs. The staff is attentive and chatty even with the crowds. Its a good venue, but still feels like a chain sports bar and doesnt offer anything original.
