The worst experience ive had with a family owned business ever! I called as a new customer, never had ordered or been to the establishment before and The teenage daughter of the owner, her name was Jordan, said to me and i quote "sucks to be you" when i voiced my concerns about one of her employees phone etiquette and HUNG up on me. When i called back to ask when the owner would be there so i could speak with him about my experience she said "the owners my dad" and i said im sure your dad would care how you speak to customers she said "okay" in a condescending tone. I called back today to speak with the owner and he made excuses for his 15 year old daughter that is a manager at his store! He said to me "im sure your just telling me your version of the story, shes 15 and weve been doing this for 21 years". I have worked at my families business for 16 years. I have worked in customer service for 16 years. I guarantee my father would have held me accountable. Im shocked and appalled at the way they treat customers. A horrible first impression. Word of mouth is HUGE advertisement for a small business owner, negative word of mouth is even bigger. For their rude behavior alone i will never go to this store and i will be telling everyone the horrible experience i had, as well as yelping it and contacting the BBB. Im truly shocked that a small business owner would allow his employees behave in such a rude and inconsiderate manner. You should feel ashamed at how you have treated someone new to this state and town and someone that didnt even have a chance to order food because i was hung up on.
