Extremely rude. I realized it can be frustrated calling in minutes before they close but in this case my younger sister called in 30 minutes before closing time with the worst phone etiquette. Who answers the phone to a customer "what do you want" and come up with an excuse such as they only have one delivery boy and its going to take 2 hours to get a pizza order? Right before 30 minutes to closing... sorry if my sister made you angry to feel like you have the right to be so rude with her over the phone and not care. But Whoever Was Taking Orders Tonight needs change their attitude.

Their online system put the wrong phone # in and even though I called 3 minutes after placing the order to correct it and order a drink their driver never called us but claimed he called both #s and instead got the wrong lady who said there was no order and instead just cancelled. We starved for 1.5 hours before they admitted the # got put in but claimed I was a basically a liar by saying the called when they didnt, although I am at work constantly, starving. To re-enter order we would still have to pay full price for having our time stolen and starved for a couple hours.

I did not realize that the Pizza Hut In Burleson penalizes customers who order take out.If you dine in you are not charged for peppers and parmesan cheese,order take out and you are charged for a condiment that ever other pizza place in Burleson gives you for free.When talking with the manager she explained that is just the way it is .This manager and restaurant have no idea what the words customer service mean.A $33 order and I need to pay extra for condiments??

Im astounded, I sat by the door for an hour waiting for my pizza and nothing. Allegedly the pizza guy sat there and rang the doorbell but I never saw him. Window was open and I was by the door. Not once. Called the store and found out he rang the doorbell then left and didnt knock and the fool called the wrong number. That is incredible. Itd be probably better to order from the Ft Worth store with the 2 star rating than that sorry excuse for a pizzeria.

We have tried on 4 different occasions to order from there and each time they are always out of some sort of CRUST or whatever there retail driver maybe. This location needs to learn how to properly place an order and shouldnt be out of CRUST every weekend. How is a pizza place out of CRUST??? Manager/Owner go to Papa Johns or Dominos to learn how to order they are never out of Items!!!

Probably one of the worst places Ive ever been to get something to eat. Waitresse was very rude after we had asked for a no lemon ice tea and when we got the tea it had lemon flavor so we called her over to the table where she rolled her eyes at us when we asked for water. Very rude would not recommend to anyone.

Worse pizza hut I have ever went to walked in waited at the door yelled from the back dine in or? Stated yes dine in yelled take a seat anywhere out there so we did 10 minutes later still no service, no menu, nothing only 2 others in the dine in area NO EXCUSE for this kind of service
