The worst Jack in the Box EVER! 24 hours...I think not. Closed at midnight due to "the system being down". I own businesses. You can still take cash when "the system is down". These employees were beyond lazy and didnt want to talk to all of the consumers in line and explain their lame excuse for being lazy. Instead, it took me driving around to the chained door and asking why they were closed. Finally, they came out from their hiding places and made a lame excuse. I had the real feeling these employees didnt want to work any longer and decided they were closing for an absolute invalid excuse. Ill happily stop in Allen for good service at a good Jack in the Box

If i could give a zero star i would. Food takes forever. Ordered a pita with only chicken and cheese and got a fully loaded pita. Paid for 4 eggrolls got 1. Paid for the new herb fries and they were not in the bag. These chains are so large that they have the best POS PROCESSORS And yet the human era is huge. Read the screen, put stuff in the bag and do your job.

We did not get our food made the way we ordered. Asked for no onions(allergic) for extra. Asked for mustard only w/ extra pickles. Got mayo, ketchup, mustard with 2 small pickles. They also forgot a sandwich. I went at 1:45 so not a super busy time AND it still took 20 mins to get our food. 4 meals so not a whole lot that we ordered.

Bad service they took almost 30 min for my burger and I was waiting to much that I told them that I prefer if they can put my order to go and guess what they gave me my burger not fully cook and I ask for some curly fries and they just gave me both kind of fries cuz they where in a hurry. The place is nice to eat thats a good thing.

Seriously... how hard is it to understand??? "2 tacos PLAAAIN, NO CHEEESE, ONLY THE BEEF" I cant get any more clear than that, Im sorry! I only speak 2 languages and your employee acted like she didnt understand "ESPAÑOL" either! Neither did they comprehend the English version of my order obviously!

I was just there 20 minutes ago and got the #2 buttery jack burger combo and some tacos. The guy working had us park I guess to make us "fresh food". We got home and everything tasted like it had sat out for an hour. I literally want to vomit. BEWARE! Dont waste any of your hard money here.

Not good, you advertise 2 for $2, we ordered 2 hamburgers/cheese burgers, an order of fries, come to $4.79 We could not understand your employee, nor could she communicate with us. We cancelled the order.employees taking orders should be able to speak and understand English.

They never have coffee or tea ready at 4:30 am week days. After being a regular customer for months now one would think that they would have them ready, but no I always have to wait for 10 minutes just so they can start making it. REALLY PEOPLE. WAKE UP

The tacos are actually crunchy and fresh! I havent been disappointed by their food. This is my preferred JB. They have charging outlets by every table including USB ports. Double check your order before leaving.

If I go through drive thru it takes over 10 mins to get my food, if I go inside the cashiers have attitude, and in either one I get my order wrong.
