I love that my food is always hot and fresh and made correctly, but I wish the people taking the order at the drive through didnt take so dang long. It takes them longer to take your order than it does to make your food. Which is evident by the long line behind the drive through ordering box, and ZERO line between the box and the window you pay and get your food. Its frustrating, but always worth the wait to have smoking hot delicious taco bell.

Went up to the taco bell in forney to order some food for a friend of mine and it took the front counter guy 10 minutes!! To even get to the front counter and they messed up my order! I called to get the money credited back to my account over the phone for convience because I dont have a car and Im not walking at night and apparently they cant do it. Never giving them my service or money again. Do not recommend

Poor service. When you go through the drive through, theres no "Can I help you?" or "What can I do for you today?" No, you get a really bored sounding "Hi, how are you." And for the rest of the transaction they sound even more bored. Youre lucky if they get the order right.

Taco Bell is a go to spot! They are open late and the staff is friendly. I love how I can personalize my meal to make it more low carb/high protein friendly ...I am here at least once a week when I am in the local area!
