The fried rice was the only thing that was edible. There are no veggies included in the fried rice. The noodles were overcooked and had no flavor or seasoning whatsoever. The beef and broccoli was mediocre. The orange chicken was mediocre. The fried dumplings were okay but they didnt have dumpling sauce. They just put soy sauce in a to-go container. To top it off they charge me $10 more than they said over the phone and then the gentleman that delivered my food told me I HAD to add a tip. When I called and spoke to the lady that it taken my order she started yelling back at me telling me that it was the correct amount even though I wrote down exactly what she said on the price of the order. So since you decided to yell back at me instead of handling it with good customer service I disputed it with my bank and they will not be getting my money. I was nice enough to file it under as a dispute and not fraud even though the manager at the bank said I should file it under fraud. If I had filed it for fraud then it would have been investigated and someone at the company would have been prosecuted.

I wanted to give this place a five star, this used to be my favorite places to go eat in Forney , at the beginning theyre all about customer service satisfaction and the food was delicious, the food is still very delicious, but unfortunately their customer service aspect of it has gone down the drain, one particular employee is extremely rude, and when you ask for a change on the order or if you bring back food that was incorrectly made or uncooked, she would argue with you in a very rude and unprofessional manner, made me not eat there for 2 months, decided to give them another try, I didnt want the negative experience with one particular employee reflect on the restaurant entirely , unfortunately their customer service is still very bad its a shame because the food is very delicious and unfortunately I have to agree with most of the negative reviews. There is clearly a culture barrier, that is affecting their business behavior.

I eat healthily. I have cooked my own meals from scratch for the past two years. This review is biased towards real food. I havent eaten here in a year or so. I enjoyed the taste of the sesame chicken because it was sweet. The meat was low quality. It actually looked like pork. That being said, it made me sick to my stomach. Its the morning after and I still feel a bit off. This is a normal reaction to processed food, so this makes me question if this is not some frozen package that they cook. This is why I dont eat out fast food very much because most food causes this reaction. I will return for soups, rolls, and vegetable fried rice. I know that those dont make me feel this badly. Customer service was good restaurant was clean as always.

I really wish that i am able to understand the staff members over the phone, i noticed a slight decline in the food quality lately , customer service fluctuates severely at times fair and at other rude and disrespectful , do not expect no questions asked customer come first attitude/culture ( especially on a return IE: mistake on your order) I do agree with the comments about their being a difference in business culture. even tho at times management may be lacking but i do have to give credit to the young high school staff members they speak clearly and do attempt to put the customer first before they are shot down by management ( they at Least try)

What is going on?! Ive read bad reviews before, and I felt bad because this place was pretty good and its the only delivery Chinese food place in town... Even though every time I ask for chopsticks and they never add them... But the last time I ordered General Tsao chicken is tasted like it was microwaved in plastic. I could TASTE the plastic. I figured Id give it another try, not order something so fried, and ordered the garlic chicken which WAS great. Again... Tasted like it was microwaved in plastic. I dont care if theyre the only Chinese food delivery in town because its inedible. Ill either pick it up or order Marcos Pizza. Whats up you guys??

This is my favorite place to each Chinese food in Forney. Dine in and your food will be cooked hot, fresh, and delicious. I like the sesame chicken spicy with fried rice. The staff is friendly and helpful, but some times there is a little bit of a language barrier. I suggest you dine in our carry out, but if you get delivery it will take at least 45 minutes and your food will still be warm, but not hot. Anything that should be crunchy or crispy will not be by the time it gets to your door! Chicken fried rice is a safe dish to order for delivery and is the one I order.

Placed phone order and paid for at pick up only to be called the next day and quested if I paid for my order. Dont appreciate being accused of being a thief but I guess that is how they do business. I have spent a lot of money their in the past but never again. I wonder if they called and questioned any of the white customers. You all can have this place they will never get another penny of my money. I am not going to call them racist but it does make one wonder what motivated them to question me.

This place is good. It is made to order and not buffet style, which is the only way my husband will each "Chinese" food. They do a good job accommodating requests. I usually get the teriyaki bowl which is enough food for two people easy. The chicken is thin and well grilled for anyone that is a little iffy on the sauce covered battered meats like sesame chicken. Their sweet and sour is great, and easy to split for the kiddos.

Ordered food to be delivered 6/6/14. Only ate the wings appetizer and the cup of won ton soup. Within an hour got sick with both vomiting and diarrhea. Ended up with severe food poisoning. Called manager to advise, he told me no one else got sick and it couldnt have been his food. This is Tuesday and still having stomach cramping and bloating. Buyer Beware - I wont ever - ever - go near this place again.

Food is usually great! However, they typically leave the phone off of the hook during busy times. Very frustrating to try and place and order and the phone be busy for 15 minutes or more. Once you get there, it will be off of the hook. I think Forney needs some more Chinese places as this establishment is unwilling to hire the necessary help to keep up with the demand. Poor business practices!

As somebody thats eaten Chinese food in four countries and almost every US state, I give this restaurant a solid 5 stars. Moreover, its easily the best Chinese food within fifty miles (blowing away most places even in Dallas). The food is always fresh and perfectly prepared. Portion sizes are about what youd expect from an American restaurant. Service is excellent, and deliveries are fast.

My family and I are standing in line for five minutes. Right when we get to the counter the guy picks up a ringing phone and takes their order before ours. I think he should have said one moment to the people on the phone and helped us in line. We walked out and no one will disrespect my family like that again. Too many good places to eat to put up with that type of customer service.
