I live in Farmersville and at 4:45 I ordered a pizza online to be ready at 6. After a trip to Walmart, I got to Pizza Hut at 6:05. My order had just been put in the warmer. The girl at the register was super friendly and showed me my pizzas to make sure the order was correct. Then she put plenty of red pepper and parmesan packs in the boxes and told me how to save $10 on my next order. It was a great experience and the pizzas were delicious and perfect. Pizza Hut has the best crust.

Terrible service ordered at a later time and not only did the delivery driver get an attitude with me at door due to the tip amount but whoever the closer was tried to justify their actions. I get the frustration of working late but its no excuse to have an attitude with the customer and defiantly not Im to curse at a customer. Will defiantly report this to incident someone higher in the chain of command.

called in a order.they said it would be ready for pick up at 6:50.waited in parking lott for 20 mins.when I went in they didnt have my order or my name in the computer. I talked to a young guy. I had to repeat my order three times when I called. bussiness in Princeton Texas sucks and pizza has totAlly lost my bhssiness

I ordered 2 pizzas, one with cheese in the cross, with 3 toppings, well I got my pizzas after 1 hour and very cold, aaand without cheese in tge the cross, what to do when youre hungry? Call again? To get them on another an hour, and cold again! Well my last time taking pizza from this place!!!

put an order in online got my confirmation number and everything at5:30 6:30 rolls around I call they say my order is on its way now then 7:30 no pizza I call and then they tell me my card was declined??? Also very rude on the phone horrible service I will not use them again

Ordered honey BBQ 8pc wings and medium 1 topping pizza. Pizza was Luke warm and wings were still Ice cold and sauce had spoiled all over the pizza box. Rude delivery driver: dude with buzzed head 2/20/16

Pizzas quality is consistent and carry-out orders are always fast. Several of the employees provide personalized service. Prices cant be beat when using coupon code on receipt.

Some Pizza Huts use that other pizza sauce that taste terrible. Not this Pizza Hut. They are sticking to the original sauce. Great Pizza!
