Went here for dinner last night and boy, I wish I had taken the extra half-hour to drive into Rockwall. This location was entirely staffed by teenagers that seemed more interested in flirting and twerking with each other than doing anything that resembled work. As others have commented we waited a good 25 minutes in the drive-thru watching numerous bags be loaded with food and left, waiting on a dancing teenager, to take it to the window. It took so long in fact that the family SUV behind me bailed out completely and left. By the time my food did finally arrive I so thankful that I left without checking the quality. Poor would have been too kind. Uncooked perhaps? Raw cheesesticks, salt-bomb chicken strips and concrete biscuits. This was by far the most disappointing visit Ive had to any Chicken Express. Sure wish I had saved my $30 and gone to McDonalds or some place edible. Hard pass guys. Get some adults in there or maybe just some kids that appreciate a good job.

Bad experience, waited 15 minutes for order to watch 5 other parties get there food before me and one completed eating. When I asked at 120 where my meal is the response was sorry we just dropped the fish it will be additional 7 minutes. Ive reached out to coporate. They did offer the meal for free, but I refused due to principal and just wanted my money back which they did. No professionalism what so ever it didnt seem like any leadership was present at the restaurant. We use to eat there once a week, not anymore.

Good food and service on my recent visits. I did receive low quality in the past and I called just to let them know. Although I didnt want anything free I will say that the owner was extremely receptive and wanted to replace everything. Honestly Id rate his caring about the customer up there with the likes of Whataburger and chikfila... which is saying a lot in that industry. I always use the drive thru and those employees have been great as well.

I am going with 5 stars because of the Sweet Tea that l cant seem to get enough of, but you cant buy on weekends. I found that the young lady that makes it so damn good only works Mondays- Friday. I was just there to find that the lord does work in mysterious ways. She was being sent home by her manager due to the way she makes the tea. And l walk in and refuse to purchase unless she made it. They very frequently get your order wrong when ordering items directly from their menu and when not attempting special requests or add items. Appears to be well staffed by teens without adult supervision. I have grown tired of watching food get sacked up and moved to a stainless table only to sit another five minutes until some kid decides to bring it to the window.

I have ordered the family mixed chicken pieces meal about 4 times now, and the quality of the food was not as good as the first time I ordered it. The chicken breast was too salty. The mashed potatoes tasted grainy like they were boxed potato flakes. Im not ordering from the forney location anymore.

This was no doubt the worst fast food I have ever eaten. The chicken was tasteless, the catfish was too hard AND salty and the chicken gizzards, I cant even describe. They were so hard and old that I couldnt even chew them. This mess was expensive too! Do Not eat here!

Quick and the staff was very friendly. Chicken is awesome, as are their sides. We enjoy going there. Ordered a family meal with rolls and corn fritters, mashed potatoes, fries, and drinks. Staff was nothing but nice even though my order was a bit on the larger side.

The drive thru was a 10 minute wait at the speaker. The lady running the drive thru kept telling us to wait. The food was over priced and the sides are unproportioned. You get a larger MP with a tiny gravy...sad..sad..sad! I will stick with KFC

This place has HORRIBLE service. All of there food is already made and yet it takes them 15-30 minutes to bring it to you! Mesquite location is a lot faster! How about hire some over the age 16. People want FAST food for a freaking reason!!

Reasonably priced chicken joint. You can feed your family for under $20 here. Their yardbird is better than KFC, Popeyes in my opinion. Be sure to check your order before leaving, Ive been given the wrong food several times recently.

Without a doubt, the worst fried chicken ever. Figured a second trip would be better than the first. It was worse. Chicken was either over cooked or not cooked enough. Macaroni is runny. Disgusting.

I stop in about once a month, I always ask for fresh chicken and wait the 15 min or so while it cooks. Employees are always in a great mood and seem happy working here. Outgoing as far as service.

Ordered the Monday 4 strip special, got back to work found fried ocera instead of coleslaw, and took two swigs of my large coke to find the rest a full cup of ice. I wont waste my $ here again.
