6/29/2016 2:01 pm Just tried to called in an order & was told "No I cant take youre order. I am too busy but you can call back in 15 minutes & I will see if I can do it then." Told her no thanks wont bother you again. I was already in route there so I turned around, called the Gatesville DQ, they took my order & said it would be ready when I got there. Very courteous & it was ready when I got here. Sorry McGregor wont be stopping there anymore, you too busy to take orders Ill help you out by not giving you any more business.

Lets see, where do I begin? I was not impressed a bit with this Dairy Queen, and infact would like to get info on corporate office for this location. Very poor customer service, my mom, son and I went in and we werent greeted, they made no effort whatsoever to even acknowledge us in their store. There wasnt even any toilet paper in their restrooms. We definitely will not be back when we are in the area again.

Just when I needed a good homestyle meal I happened upon this place while I was in Texas visiting my mother. She had gone to church for the morning so I went looking for food. Found It! Who would have thought they would be open on a Sunday morning but they were! Plus the employees were very sweet to me. Fairly priced and good food.

Honestly, I get that it gets busy since I used to work her, but to have me waiting in the drive thru for 25 MINUTES without so much as taking my order is pathetic.

Cashier was outside the front door smoking cigarettes...so gross but she did wash her hands. Food was hot and corect....and didnt take too long.
