Dairy Queen in general is awesome. But this Dairy Queen is absolutely awful. They almost never get the order right . Its always 30 minutes to get the simplest of orders. The last time I went I sat at drive up order board for 5 minutes and Noone acknowledged I was even there. .after I said hello a few times she asked me to wait. 5 minutes later with 3 cars behind me , all waiting, I said hello again three more times and got no response till I finally just gave up and left. The time before that I ordered a simple cheeseburger meal with onion rings and a side of gravy. They didnt give me onion rings or the gravy. So I drove back around waited behind 2 more cars told them and 10 minutes later they brought out onion rings but forgot the gravy. Again. I can tell you a story just like this for almost every time I have been to this dairy Queen. Hands down the most awful service of any restaurant or fast food place anywhere Ive ever been. And not just once but almost every visit. Keep hoping itll get better but it never does . Dont waste your time

My opinion Dairy Queen is one of the best Fast Food Places to eat. I just moved here but I am hear to say I ordered a 4 pc Chicken Strip Meal about 1 hour ago, it was the worst meal I have ever eaten @ Dairy Queen. The toast was so hard you could not even cut it with a knife, the strips were a mushy texture, the Gravy had a weird taste to it!!!YUCKY YUCK that was nasty!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh & they do not have Snicker Blizzards on the menu WHAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

my mushroom Swiss burger consisted of a burnt burger, and a total of 1/2 of a single mushroom. (And its not just this DQ its all of them) we also had the KC pulled pork which was dry and had little to no BBQ sauce. To top it off they brought us the wrong sides and gave us no reciept. Will never return to a DQ for the remainder of my life.
