Tonight we went for Sushi and turned out to be the worst experience ever. First of all they lost the order and took 30 minutes to recognize it by the lazy waiter. Food finally arrived after 50 minutes. Waiter never came to our table once to check on us as I needed some water. Finally came to pick up the empty plate, but never asked if we needed anything, and finally apologized for the food being so late. Now check this out. They offered a free desert for the inconvenience. We ordered the fried ice cream with bananas. It looked great until I put it into my mouth and it was chocolate covered cauliflower instead of bananas. And finally offered some more water. Im done with this restaurant. Service was terrible and the sushi was good but overall, never going back. If they didnt want me to stay, just say so. Dont torture me by abusing me at dinner time.

Although some of the servers may be attentive, this restaurant does not properly staff its kitchen for expedient service with a full dinning room. When asked about a long ticket time for an appetizer (30 minutes), the floor manager indicated that that was the norm, and we should not be concerned (in other words, shut up).

Ambiance of a cheap diner - clsnging dishes Miserable chairs. Appetixer served ftrr hot food served, tempura gummy and gteasy, yakisoba tasteless. Vegetables cut way toi large. Would never eat here sgsin, altho our server was very nice.

Good service food was delish , most of the time a wait but well worth the wait. Our waiter Angel came over several times , very happy with his service. Hadnt been here in quite awhile, will be back soon.

The Ebi Spicy appetizer is amazing! I get it everytime. The same roll I get never disappoints, and their yakimeshi is delicious! Best sushi place in my experince. Kumori, thank you for existing!

The place is so awesome perfect light love the jazz music , the customer service is amazing and the food cheap and extremely delicious . Hands down They only thing a bigger sign outside

Always good service. Gracie (I believe that was her name) has always been my waitress and shes super friendly and timely in her service. Great place for a date or quick lunch. Cozy.

Im from up north where the sushi is much better than what a lot of restaurants down here have to offer and Kumori is the only restaurant down here which has met my standards.

The service here is horrible the manager doesnt keep the store up to par.... I love the restaurant kumori..just not this location.... The one on jackson is so much better...
