Horrible Service! From the beginning when we get there our waiter was slow. Our food was okay, not worth the price. I asked our waiter three times for napkins and he never brought them. After dinner we stayed for drinks, I asked him for one mixed drink and he comes back and says they dont have all the ingredients, so I ordered another mixed drink and he comes back and says they are out of the ingredients.. By that time I was tired of waiting so I got a beer. I understand that it is not the waiters fault and I know things run out, just sad that they advertise these drinks on their menus yet they dont have the ingredients for them knowing they are a busy place. So a few minutes pass by and my group asked for 3 shots and the waiter never brings them, we asked him again for the shots and literally took over 30 minutes to bring the shots out to our table. By the end we all payed our tabs because they wouldnt sell our table anymore drinks. He then has the nerves to tell us that our group never tipped him well which was the reason why they wouldnt sell us anymore drinks. Well maybe if you actually did your job you wouldve gotten a better tip.

WORST MEXICAN FOOD I HAVE EVER HAD. The service was absolutely horrible our waiter came to the table a total of four times. I sat in the bar area where I watched the small light haired bartender wearing black gloves while making peoples drinks. Mine you the whole point of wearing gloves is to maintain a level of sanitation. Well I saw her stick her fingers in her mouth whilst still wearing her gloves then grabbing straws out of the straw container and placing them in customers drinks. She did all of this without washing her hands, it was disgusting to watch. Not only did she contaminate those customers drinks but every single straw in her container. I can only imagine the health standards in the kitchen. I will never eat at this restaurant again.

Casual to romantic restaurant. Did not see any busy times to avoid. Had Saturday lunch here around noon. No wait to be seated. Drinks and food arrived shortly after ordering and were exactly what we ordered. The food was fresh and good. Service was great. We started with guacamole, chile con queso, salsa, and chips. Mixed some of the green salsa with some guacamole which tasted great. The Chile con queso was amazing. For the main course we ordered the Parrillada for 2 which was plenty of food for the three of us for 2 meals! It also tasted amazing! With everything we ordered the final bill amount per person (3 of us) was only $20 and we left with a lot of leftovers.

First of all, I had reallly high expectations. I do want to mention before I go on a rant. Our waiter Javier was very very attentive and considerate of the situation. Now to get started the appetizer was very pleasing, my wife and I enjoyed it. Although my entree was not what I envisioned, the plating was horrendous, my fries were mixed with my beans. My flautas were all over the place, looked like hurricane Katrina just swooped in and left without cleaning up. Clean place just please fix your cooks. Thank you...

We are a table of 20 people and we only got out one drink and food. We only got one refill and that was it. Never asked if we need anything nor any visits for check up. I understand if it is busy but we are next to another party of 20 and there waiter s on TOP of them. We all have agreed to never come back and just stick to Ponchos...how disappointing. I wanted to be treated like a gust; not a Gratuity.

Service was terrible waiter took forever to take our order. I really dont know what all the rage is about the food is disgusting I wouldt even feed it to my dog. Do yourselves a favor and go somewhere else Im sure a lot of this reviews are fake. Ive been to many mexican restaurants that are delicious, but this one is pure garbage.

Went here for dinner. Comes very highly recommended and I would recommend it as well. Ate at the bar and spent 3 hours talking with Andrew. Very friendly and interesting individual. Enjoyed the experience and the food. Rib eye was nice and cream spinach was ok. Price was a little higher than I thought was warranted though.

Me Encanta!!! I Eat here all the time (as u can tell...lol) The Rib Eye is so HUGE i can never finish it...(always take home) and u gotta have the Panchos for appetizers (fajita or chicken)...but ask for the vegetables on the side...MMMM!!! Wish i could add a pic of em!! One of the Best Places in town!! ;)

My family and I went after church and the wait took so long. The waiting area was very hot as well. After 30 minutes we left and went to Logans Roadhouse instead. I dont think well be going back. For the price they charge youd think they have working air condition.

The food delicious the personnel are usually on top but on Mothers Day they were slow which is understable it was busy, I just wish they would hv asked if I needed more tea I was stuck with melted ice. I would still go back because they are always on track.

Never disappointed here! Food is very delicious and made just right! Service is ALWAYS great, the waiters are VERY attentive and never let your water or drink go more than half way. Great place for drinks or to celebrate a birthday! Love coming here!

Finally, I found a place that has Chilean Sea Bass on the menu! All sorts of prime beef steaks also on the menu, and an OK wine list. Lovely quiet environment, attentive staff, and a varied menu. Great place for special occasions and celebrations

Excellent service. Great teamwork by all the staff! The food was really really good. My son is a picky eater and he loved it. The ambience is welcoming for everyone. I came in exercise shorts and tennis shoes. Great place!

Great TexMex for a reasonable price. The restaurant was very clean with quick and friendly service. Also has a live Mariachi band on certain nights. The only issue I take was the burritos were a little "lacking".

Yum! My husband and I enjoyed their happy hour (daily 3-7) with discounted margaritas and half priced apps. Food was amazing, service was excellent. Really cool atmosphere/vibe also. Would absolutely recommend!

Great service. Really good fajitas. Soft tortillas Quick service. For those who do not like a sauce that is too spicy, dont dip your whole chip in the green sauce. The red sauce is milder.
