First thing BBQ and fast food never belong in the same sentence... Thats wrong. Food sadly like most Texas" BBQ" is not that great. Honestly Id skip all of the BBQ items offered here and get fried chicken. Speaking of fried chicken from time to time its under cooked or over done but when you happen to get it when its done right its great. Salad from here is good as are the baked potatoes and Ill admit the apple pie is some of the best I have ever had perfect balance of sweet and tart and the apples have a heavenly texture and the crust is fantastic. Service is fast as expected from a fast food chain I feel if they were to take there time and focus on anything other the BBQ it would be a great place but that doesnt stop me from getting some fried chicken to satisfie my cravings or stop me from buying a whole apple pie which is cheap and can out rank many I have had from mom and pop bakeries.last thing Id like to ad any time I have eaten at this place if an area manager was present they made the rest if the staff uncomfortable and seemed to harass them. The experience I had with the area manager at my local bill miller was terrible and I feel bad for employees that have to put up with I have to put up with management like that. Regardless of what I sent you some items of food here actually really good as mention apple pie baked potatoes and salad are all fresh delicious and simply fantastic surprisingly this place is done really well for as long as it has I said it once and Ill say it again BBQ fast food do not belong together in the same sentence however their fried chicken apple pie french fries fresh salads are fantastic and I would pick those over any other fast food options available.

I ordered 2 meals over the phone they got my order wrong and I live an hour and a half away and the only way I can get my order fixed is if I bring it back to them which I cant until a couple days so the lady tells me to bring the order whenever I can because she cant do anything about it. Bottom line this place and staff suck donkey balls. Im going to leave the food in the back of my truck for a couple days until I can get it back to them and show them how stupid their policies are on overcharging when they smell that rotten food.

Pretty good Bill Millers. Ive come here a few times on my way down to South Texas and I usually get breakfast here. If you havent had breakfast at BM, you should try it. They dont make real BBQ (no smoke, no BBQ), but they have excellent cooked meats and that means the food is excellent the next day for breakfast. As BMs go, this is a good one.

Not friendly staff including the manager. Was ordering a wild bill and wanted chicken instead of sausage and the Manager would not do it! Stated nobody is allowed to do that. We have ordered it before in San Antonio and never had a problem. If other items on the menu can be substituted and I dont see why we couldnt do it!

Hands down one the best BBQ places to go in the san antonio and surrounding areas. Downfall is that they dont have truck parking, so us truckers have to find a spot alongside the hwy to go and eat. Other than that food is great and friendly service.

Sat at drive-thru for about 10 mins and was never acknowledged. It was 30 mins before they were closing not to mention the van ahead of me had been waiting a while as well. If you all dont need the business no worries I will go elsewhere.

Were truck drivers, and every time we come through we stop at Bill Miller BBQ. We love it! Good service, good food, family-oriented. I could survive on the bread, butter and fantastic onions!
