This is the slowest sonic known on earth. I waited over 5 minutes to order, once I pushed the button. When I did get to order the order was completed at 2 p.m., which is happy hour, but Sonic refused to give me the happy hour discount. Then i waited 18 minutes to get my order. The car hop said nothing about sorry we took so long, nor did they offer a free drink at a later visit. Like any other sonic would. This is not my first visit to this sonic, nor the first time this happened at the Boerne Sonic. BIG SONIC FAIL!

I stopped in for one of the new frozen custard concretes. Not sure how best to describe it, but after getting a couple inches down it started turning into an almost batter like substance. It looked whipped and was sticky. Im a huge fan of anything with sugar, and I had to force myself to keep eating it. I ended up throwing 2/3 of the large cup away. Just disgusting. Not anything like the Concretes from Freddys Steakburgers that are all over San Antonio. Dont waste your money on these.

Worst Sonic ever. Ive been probably three times ever. First couple times, my drink tasted kind of mildewy, but I thought it was just a fluke. Last time I went, I ordered a slush and the girl recommended that I not, because the drink machine needed cleaning. This was over a period of probably a year and a half, so who knows how long that machine needed cleaning.

We love Sonic as a fast food choice but the Boerne Sonic is quite possibly the worst in the San Antonio & Hill Country area. The service is always poor and the food is frequently undercooked or not properly prepared. Our most recent visit even included a surly encounter while placing our order.

Got one menu food order and 5 drink orders for half-price happy hour deal. Two of the 5 drink orders were wrong size (came small, paid medium). Total wait time for a non busy time (~930PM) was around 20-25 mins from order to actually getting all correct items.

Orders take forever and the carhops tend to be really rude, just like the manager. Last time I ate here my chicken sandwich was room temperature with stale bread and I received the change from my $20 in all quarters. Think its time to take a break for awhile.

Waited 20 min for food and order was still wrong. Buns were cold and dry on burger. Which was suppose to be a chicken sandwich. Asked for extra ketchup and had none at all in our bags. Very disappointed after long Sunday of baseball!

Always have great service, drink options, and 1/2 price sonic burgers on Tuesday nights. They are always friendly and pretty much know me from my many times going there. Never have had an issue there.

This Sonic is hit or miss. Some days it is great, some days it is horrible. Rarely will they include napkins/condiments/plasticware etc. unless you request it.

Its only ok because they always seem short staffed. Having to wait 7-10 minutes for just a drink and then it being wrong... Its just ludicrous

Burgers are undercooked, onion rings have been dripping oil and burned all 3 times Ive been there. Got my order wrong two of the three.
