I have visited this location 5 times this year and each and every time was a horrible experience. Rude employees, cutting me off when placing my order, forgetting items I paid for. Last time I paid for large side dishes and got individual sizes. A month ago my Wife went inside to place an order and was ignored and waited over 45 mins for to chicken stips box dinners. Managers remarks...oops sorry! We forgot you were waiting. The entire resteraunt was served before my wife who had been there first. Soda machines out of order or not working. No dipping sauce or chicken...really your a chicken selling store?? Last and finally straw was a whole meal and order of 6 biscuits left out, no silverware to eat with. When i called to complain a "Jessica" answered very rudely to say oh yea we forgot them in your bag. Youll get a credit next visit..how you hung up before I could give her my info. Called back and got hung up on. Never going back here!!!!

Not happy, I ordered two $5 fill up tender meal. First I was told theres going to be a five min wait. Thats fine I feel like I will then get fresh food. Then asked two lemonades for the drinks that come with it. I was then told I would have to pay extra for it. Hmmm why I think to myself but whatever still I guess ok so far. After waiting 5 to 7 mins they hand us the food. Get home and find that the cookies that come with it wasnt there, the potatoes that come with it was horrible!!! It was like they poured gravy into the container and one teaspoon of potato in with it. it was like soup that also tasted burnt. So after a long wait, burnt soupy potatoes, no cookies for both orders . I am sad to say I didnt get satisfaction or my moneys worth

Worst service Ive ever had! Stood in line inside for 10 mins without moving then decided to just drive through and waited another 30 mins to get to the order box then waited 10 more mins before they took our order. Thats not it! After the girl rudely cut us off while ordering we waited at the drive through window to pay for another 5 mins before they acknowledged we were there. This place needs serious help! It should not take an hour to get "fast" food!!! And on top of that the manager was rude when we asked how they could be out of chicken when wed been waiting an hour! We asked for the owners info and she told us "look it up online"

I tried this KFC location once a few months back & will never & have never been back since. I love KFC normally but this one, I had my hubby swing by on his way home from work to bring home takeout for dinner. The chicken was old, very dark & shouldnt have been, I took one bite of a chicken leg & threw up, it was horrible. It must have been old. We threw it away & have not been back since. We give restaurants a chance because we love eating out BUT, first impressions are a big thing & this KFC blew theirs Just Sayin A big waste of money & damaging to my stomach.

My cashier/server was Austin, he seemed to be the only one actually working while everyone else was standing in the back talking and laughing (including the manager) and where slowly and half heartedly working. While I was waiting in line watching them one of the girls yelled over to me "Ill be right there but I hope you dont want mashed potatoes cuz Im just making them" Really, no mashed potatoes? Then how in the world can I have my mashed potato bowl??? She never even came over to take my order. Austin was the only one taking care of everyone.

Stopped at 5 PM on Sunday Took 5 min for someone to come to the front counter to take my order. I asked for an 8 piece original to go. The girl walked behind the serving line to look at the chicken. She returned and said the had only crispy. I asked how long until they had original she walked back to look and then came back to tell me they were not going to have any. I asked to see the manager and was told she was busy. I asked what the store number was and the girl said she didnt know. I told her I would look it up on line

This is by far the worst fast food restaurant I have ever been to. They never have chicken, the machine is always "polishing", they scream at the drive thru, they have no courtesy and no urgency. I have called the Manager and Owner to complain but no answer; I have left VM. I keep going back hoping this has changed based on customer feedback but no luck. Never going back. Unless you want to see how a restaurant should not be managed go ahead and stop by.

Several times I have gone to this location and my food or order was wrong. Chicken to dry and old. Order was wrong and had to be taken back and corrected. Drive Thru window person rude and hateful. An all around poor visit. Last time I was there I placed an order and the person taking my order in drive thru quoted a price but charged me a different price and basically called me a liar without calling me a liar..

I dont know whos running this place now. But the manager and the workers have no pride in what theyre doing. Mixed up my order. Charge me more. Gave me less. Then did not want to just cancel the order and made a big deal of me just taking the whole thing because they dont want to deal with correcting everything. This was my favorite place Im very disappointed. Year-and-a-half ago is running fantastic.

How can you be out of chicken on a Friday night at 7:00pm, thats dinner time! Thats all you sell! I wait the 20min that they tell me too, get my food home and its not my order! I know how it got screwed up, they had so many cars pulled over waiting on chicken that they couldnt remember whos order was whos! Terrible customer service, I can run that place better than that!

How can you forget about a paying customer. My daughter ordered chicken strips and she was told to drive up and wait four minutes, they were being made. After a while she reversed te car, knocked on the window and was told they had forgotten about her order. Really...they werent busy at all. Theres always an issue every time we go. Never coming back here again.

Asked what kind of chicken we wanted and then informed us that it would take 20 minutes. Why ask if you only have one kind????!!! Didnt give us napkins or ask if we wanted honey. No thank you, have a nice day or anything!! We drive 25 minutes to come to this restaurant, this was the first time that we were thoroughly disappointed!!

This KFC is the cleanest one I have ever been to. The service is always fast and friendly. The employees always smile and make me feel welcomed. They always say, "Thank you," and make me want to come back.The food is always fresh and hot. Even though it is fast food, this KFC takes pride in the chicken they prepare. It is DELICIOUS!
