I am from out of state and have never been to a Spring Creek BBQ before. My family and I decided to stop in for dinner, and as we had our 2 kids under 2 with us, we asked for extra bread plates. No problem. We went to get our sides, and instead of putting it all on one plate, my wife and I put the sides directly on the side plate. I did not think that we took more than what would fit on the original plate they gave us, but the manager came out and talked to us in front of the line because apparently there is a plate rule and we shouldnt have put food on those plates until we sat down. We felt shamed in front of the line. He did not charge us for the "extra" sides we had and for that, thank you.

I would rate this place higher but I experienced discrimination at this location. First the food is great..if you want brisket thats not so dry you order "marbled brisket" no extra charge. Id normally put a 3-4 star here but first their BARBEQUE is nothing compared to mind but Ive been doing competition style for years and have my own rub. But then I experienced this: Now hiring. Looking for Bread LAIDIES!!!) Now if thats not discrimination I dont know what is. Owner/Manager was disinterested in my complaint. Go to my Facebook page and youll see the sign they took down before I collected my food and left. Shame on SC!!

This rating is for the DOOR DASH service that does not serve them well. I signed up tonight and put in an order. It accepted it and said it would be here in 50 minutes 2 hours ago. I looked it up in Tracking, and it said it didnt have an order. The restaurant is incredible, best BBQ weve ever had. Well go back to calling it in and picking it up. I suggest Spring Creek sever their relationship immediately. (There are a lot of bad reviews on Door Dash itself, but one wouldnt see them on Spring Creek website.) DO NOT USE DOOR DASH

We LOVE Spring Creek. Having eaten at different locations since I was a teenager, I love that theyve just been getting better by retuning all of their items (esp the Brisket!). The value + unlimited rolls and trips back to their relish and sides bar makes up for the fact that my son steals all of my ribs. We go here at least twice a month as our cafeteria around the corner. Best value in town. Because we use the very easy to find BOGO coupons, we get amazing, unbeatable value every time.

As an employee, I try my best to make the costumers happy and make the restaurant as clean as I can make it. To be fair, I wish they could get new chairs with cushions and store the Jell-o in a different refrigerator where they are not stored with the pickles, because the jello has an aftertaste of pickles. But in the end, I love the chicken and ribs they sell and eat there for lunch often. I also believe that the coconut cream pie they sell is the best in Texas.

Spring Creek is a local chain, and much like most chains, the quality degrades over their local counterparts. I dont dislike this place, but with all the great barbeque in the area, Id simply prefer to go elsewhere. The positive note I will give them is that the do well in supporting the local community, often hosting school nights where a portion of their revenue is donated back to the school.

This is one of the best Spring Creek BBQ locations in DFW. The service is down home, and very kid friendly. The brisket and ribs are the tastiest items on the menu, but everything is good. Definitely want to chase this meal down with some homemade cobbler and ice cream. Oh, and did I mention all you can eat sides and homemade rolls! Good luck beating this place!

I went here once for a business meet. I had the over priced chicken, and when I saw it on my plate I was really floored at how small the portion was. When I ate it, it tasted like it had been cooked a week prior, and then subsequently reheated every day until it got onto my plate. My wife had warned me not to eat here, from now on I will stay clear.

Great food and great sides. The ribs, brisket, and chicken are all solid choices as well as the sausage. All the sides you can pile on your plate is great as well. My only complaint is I never know what to do with my tray. They need a rack or something to return it to, otherwise you wander around until someone takes it from you.

Cannot say enough about the staff at the Keller location. What a wonderful group of young people! They were friendly, helpful and very polite. You certainly do not see that very often these days. It is very refreshing that this younger generation has such great attributes. Thank you one and all! Lunch was fabulous too :)

Restaurant was filthy. Tables were piled with dirty dishes from the lunch crowd and it was 2:30 on Sunday, August 6th. There was one young man busing the tables and 9 teen aged girls giggling and chatting behind the counter. Unbelievable the management didnt step in and fix the situation. Ill never go back.

Showed up at about 7pm on a Sunday night and already out of ribs and chicken. Service was next to nil. Tables everywhere dirty, no rolls served. Poorly staffed. Only good thing was the cobbler wasnt burnt like it usually is. Dont get me wrong, I like Spring Creek. But today was one for the books.

The ribs, chicken, brisket and sausages are excellent! The vegetable bar has cooked vegetables and salads (all you can eat). You cannot beat it for the price. They also cook up fresh yeast rolls and bring them to your table. Wonderful place to enjoy Family Dining.

Excellent Barbeque. This is our favorite place for sliced beef & ribs. Meat is always done to perfection & beef is tender. Love the sauce.. Great choice of sides & giant baked potatoes.. The rolls are amazing and keep on coming!

Was told it would be another 10 minutes for bread to come out, after we got our food, so our sandwiches were cold. Mac and cheese was cold before I even put it on my plate. BBQ sauce is way too sweet.

BBQ is great, but on Fathers day, the wait was not worth it. They had not adjusted to the long line, no coffee, no cream, etc. And the fresh bread server had to be enticed to come over to our table
