I was very disappointed in eating here after reading some of the highest reviews. I ordered a slab of ribs, half chicken, pulled pork, brisker and hot links. The ribs were some of the worst I have had. They were chewy and dried out. The hot links were also the worst Ive had. They had no spice or flavor at all. Unlike most bright colored hot links, these were dull and grey. The chicken wasnt cooked all the way on the inside. The only good thing that was halfway decent was the pulled pork, which Ive had better at many places. The brisket was iffy but edible. This was a to go order at 6pm on a Friday so there was no reason the food shouldnt have been fresh. I will not be returning for a 2nd chance.

The ribs are small, but they have good flavor. Baked beans are awesome! All the sides are very good everytime we go. Friendly family orientated restaurant. You may want to call before you head over there, Not open Mondays, and if they need a vacation for anything theyll keep the restaurant closed. We will continue to visit When Pigs fly, But it could be ran for the "customer" a little bit better!

My girlfriend and I were passing through on our way from Arizona to Minnesota and we decided to eat a BBQ restaurant since we heard the best BBQs were in this area. We were not disappointed at all! The staff was great and the food was absolutely delicious! This was the BEST BBQ we ever had and will be stopping by on our way back. I highly recommend this restaurant!

I am critical when it comes to bbq. I am giving this a five and its fitting for the area. This is a place that produces a good bbq product. My ribs were near perfect and wasnt like eating jerky like my last place i reviewed. The sides were great. The employees enjoy and take pride in their job it appeared. Try this place if you can appreciate great bbq.

If you are used to great KC BBQ then dont waste your time here. We had the brisket....or should I say roast beef....and jalapeño cheddar sausage (decent sausage) and my wife had the chicken which was very salty and had no flavor at all. The good part of the meal was not the meat but the sides....baked beans, creamed corn and mac salad were ALL good.

Outstanding service...and the product is the best I have had whether it be Kansas City BBQ or Texas. Hands down the best I have had! Their support of the military and public service personnel, e.g.,policemen and firemen is awesome!! Anyone who is dissatisfied with this establishment had better have their tastebuds sanded down...and try again!!

The brisket was so moist and tender! Everything I ordered was delicious and the portions were large as well. The people working were wonderful, my child skinned her knee and they cleaned and put a band-aid on without even being asked! The background music was nice as well. Great family friendly restaurant! Will eat there again!

Heard they were good. Got a full slab, pulled pork and 2 sides. Ribs were outstanding. Best Ive had in doo-dah. Good bold sauce. Coleslaw and potatoe salad were excellent. Pork was above average. BBQ is always a bit pricey but you gotta live a little.

Delicious! Everything was absolutely amazing & I had made it known to the staff that my family and I had never eaten there before so they made us a sample of all of the meat and sides. Great service. Definitely going back!

New and good. Positively some of the best upstart BBQ I have had, with an interesting drink selection too. It will be nice to see them change as they grow. Hopefully their quality will remain the same.
