Do not shop here. Employees are clueless and managers are rude. Employee refused to sell a bottle of wine to me because my wife didnt have her ID on her. Called later to complain and the manager Jeremy was rude and dodged answering my question completely. Also apparently according to the manager Jeremy you now have to have your son (15 years old) show ID now to purchase alcohol seeing how he is under 40 years old. So next time your buying a bottle of wine with your toddler bring his birth certificate because they have to ID all parties hahahahahahahahaha. I have never had this problem at any other kroger location besides this one. Literally went next door with my wife to Tom Thumb and bought a bottle of wine with no wife ID check. Ridiculous dont waste your time.

Ive been to this store a few times and never had a problem until recently. There was a caucasian bagger with blonde hair ( I think her name started with a K) that left the register right before I was getting checked out. I was with my sister and I had to bag our groceries. No other employee came to help and noticed people staring. Conveniently, when I finished bagging the groceries the young blonde bagger came back to the register and didnt offer any apology my having to bag my own groceries. I would understand if the store was short on baggers but they werent. I believe she left on purpose because she didnt want to bag our groceries because my sister and I are black.

We have shopped at this location for over 15 years. The selections and service have steadily declined. Several items we had on our list were out of stock and only 1 register open other than self checkout. We had 2 buggies and over $400 in purchases, self checkout is unacceptable at a full service grocery store. This would be a great location for a fully stocked and serviced grocery store. It seems to be time to find an alternate location.

This Kroger has two things that Tom Thumb does not: 1. Quart Half and Half that comes in a plastic container with a CAP. Same size at Tom Thumb it is a cardboard carton with a flap - Not very air tight. 2. Greek Gods yogurt. This is our newest, and most favorite, brand. The Honey/Honey Vanilla is the best! Were it not for these two things, 3-stars, OK.

Poorly managed. I go here often because of the proximity to my home, but I often leave frustrated due to expired items on the shelves, a brisket 1 week past sell date today, expired milk on my last visit, baggers that put milk jugs with my chips. Now that there are multiple Kroger Signatures in the area, I wont be going to this older store any longer.

The customer service is always rude they never say hi, hello, or bye barely have only one cashier open but most of the time you have to do it yourself in the self checkout but the worse is a lot of the products they about to expire or they already expired, so be careful about that... the only good thing about the store is so close from my house.

Decided to try this store instead of the Tom Thumb next door to see what they offered, but I walked in and couldnt find anything to eat and found the store kind of dirty. I have a wheat intolerance and theres next to no gluten free selection here. The Tom Thumb next door is cleaner and their gluten free section has grown a lot lately.

Very bad customers service, never have enough open cashiers so you need use self check out . If you need help with something nobody want to help you. Cheese , yogurt, bread, mayonnaise, tortillas, milk normally are expired . Not friendly at all , especially the guy at night on the self check out.

Friendly employees who always react as if theyre glad to see my wife & me every week. Store management always strives to make things right when things dont go right (a rarity). They almost always have what we need in stock. Nobodys perfect, but theyre always working hard to get as close as they can.

This is supposed to be a "Signature" Kroger store and sadly it is far from it. I get the fact it was converted from a "plain" Kroger but the selection of items is mediocre at best. I actually drive to the Kroger at Alliance Town Center as that is a premium store with so much selection and variety.

I dont know why anyone would shop here. I usually shop at the Tom Thumb across the street. Unbelievable how different they are. This Kroger is so disorganized and cheap looking. They have cardboard bins with sale items. Seems more like a food bank than an affluent community grocery store.

Its the best grocery store in an area of crappy grubby stores. They offer a tiny bit more variety and are better -but hardy perfect- about removing expired food from sale. It should be noted that, as a company, Kroger was opposed to legislation in Texas that supported equal pay for women.

Dont know where all these bad reviews are coming from. Ive never had any expired dates, customer service is great, people great and are friendly. WAY cheaper than tom thumb PLUS kroger has things Tom Thumb does not have. Been shopping here for 7 years.

This is the Kroger that is closest to my home but that is all I like about it. The customer service is horrible. The mangement is incompetent. Overall I find this store to be staffed by idiots who dont know their stock or products. Aweful, just aweful.

Visited Kroger in Keller, TX several times in 2014 and 2016. Very polite and helpful service, great goods and the prices are ok. Comparable like a combination of German "real,-" supermarket and "Aldi" - discounter. Will be back asap :)

As usual for a grocer, it has a lot to choose from. Inexpensive with high(mostly) quality goods, however, the building is extremely cold and the service is a bit lacking with checkout taking anywhere from 10-20 minutes.

Kroger is an ideal neighborhood market store--its clean, the workers are super friendly and and you can find fresh produce, veggies, deli, bakery items, etc. My son really likes the free sushi samples that they give.

The quality of Boars Head products and the super friendly staff sold me on Krogers when I moved to Texas. The vegetables and fruits can be mediocre but prices overall on the store products is pretty decent.

Sold bad sushi. Have had to take spoiled food back several times. Store is run down and staff is less than helpful. Not what Im used to in a kroger. I drive out of my way to go to another grocer

Always great. I tell everyone to shop at Kroger and forget Wal-Mart. They are not as reasonable as Kroger. Looking for a part time job and ONLY interested in kroger6

The prices are good, sometimes theres really good sales in produce and the service is friendly and fast. The store isnt usually very busy either.
