Every time I go into the store and buy groceries I have to double check to see if I have all my items. The last time I bought some birthday cards for my sister and brother-in-law and they didnt make it home. As a doctoral student writing a dissertation for a Doctor of Computer Science, I have better things to do than double check Kroger check-out. I hope I dont have to shop there very often anymore. However, this review is meant for the Kroger Supermarket at 12600 North Beach Street, Fort Worth, Texas. I have since posted my review to the correct location. I have been shopping at this grocery store for 2 years now. Sadly they have some of the RUDEST staff I have ever seen in any grocery store in this country. They have NO customer care skills whatsoever. Worse, I now avoid the checkout counters because poor grocery handling skills (they throw everything into the cart without any concern for breakage). If I had a choice (luckily I do) I would use the self checkout machines and handle my items gently. I bought a salad and tried to sit in one of the eating areas by the door only to discover that this was a staffing lounging area by proxy. One annoyed staffer who was busy texting on his device dragged the chair next to me very loudly, followed by a look of disgust or clearly to let me know that I was invading their turf (yeah me a mere customer who just bought lunch from your brightly lit salad counter). The customer care counter folks are not helpful either. I was kept waiting for a several long minutes at that counter while several staff members chatted delightfully about their schedules and other store concerns. This store has one great positive aspect though. It is the most well organized grocery store in this area. They just need the right people.

They were fast and customer service reps were very friendly. The only thing I didnt like is that I wanted the sacker to assist me with my groceries and instead of the cashier or attendant asking if he was going to assist me they immediately shoved food in his hand to return back to the Department. I think the stacker maybe a special needs person and which sometimes I think people take advantage of them. He was a very nice person and had offered to take my bags out but they did not even ask if he was going to assist anyone before just shoving stuff into his hand to take back. I didnt think that was nice. So I just told him to go ahead and take the food back since they had already shoved it all in his hands but otherwise everybody was nice.

I love this Kroger! The store is always super clean. Sushi is amazing! And so reasonably priced. I love the natural foods sections. And the deals that kroger offers is amazing. I love it because you can get name brands at such a great prices with the buy 4 save 4 deals! I was able to get Lysol disinfecting wipes-80, for $1.50! Amazing! They have kids clothes and shoes. And if you get it on clearance you can pay $16 kids shoes - Fila Brand. Love this location. All Kroger stores are great, but I really enjoy exploring this one!

Worst baggers! I go to this store regularly, and unfortunately I will never let their baggers bag my groceries. Today the bagger totally ruined an $11 salad by putting it in the grocery bag sideways so all the dressing leaked out all over the other groceries in the bag. This is not the first time either, so it is an ongoing issue at this store. They are not training their personnel correctly. Ill be bagging my own groceries from now on.

Excellent beer selection, but poor layout and service. I think generally speaking the Tom Thumbs in the area are nicer than the Krogers. Id pass this one up except its the only relatively quick place I can get good quality micro brews (Temptress, Grapefruit Skulpin, Salty Lady, etc).

This is a great store. We do our grocery shopping here all the time. Staff is polite and helpful. The store has been remodeled last September and looks very nice. I forgot an item at the register and they ran out on the parking lot and to my car to give it to me. Thank you!

Very clean store with fresh produce & meat, sushi, good chicken tenders & a great little bakery that has in-store made fresh tortillas. It also has a florist whose flowers last longer than most of the florists around here. Their prices are offer competitive with Walmart.

My favorite and the only supermarket I shop at. Im new to Texas and Ive never heard of Krogers. I visited their competitors Tom Thumb and theres no doubt that Krogers quality of their fresh produce and fresh meats are by far the best in the Grapevine/Southlake area.

One of the better locations. The few times i have been, the store was clean and organized. The employees in the deli are ALWAYS very friendly, they greet everyone and make sure you have everything you need. I usually go on Saturday and it has never been too busy!

Purchased a pork shoulder...it was spoiled...found out through a mgr from my regular location,it was repackaged and should never have been sold. Worst part, they had an entire case filled for the playoff weekend.

Zero lanes open with a checker. This doesnt help people that are buying a weeks worth of groceries. The entire self check area was full of people because of no open lanes. Wont be back.
