Food was good. Service not so much, but a bigger concern is the perception we walked away with. Although it was busy, we were NOT the largest group in the restaurant. We WERE the only group that had members who were not white in the whole restaurant. Groups bigger than ours came in after us and got their food before we did. More than one group, as a matter of fact. We had 8 teen boys: 4 white and 4 black, sitting together at our table. They were respectful to the server and still we waited over 1.5 hours after we ordered. Just CRAZY. They began to ask, "do you think it is because we are black?" I mean I had a hard time defending the actions of the restaurant. I HOPE not, but seriously, when the orders are not anything odd or that take longer than the next table, it is hard to give any other reason. I hope the boys dont feel they were treated differently than the table next to them based on their skin. I am trying to wrap my own mind around what the reasoning is. I would expect a manager to refer to the World Series game...at which point I would refer to the adjoining tables and their order-to-food-on-the-table time comparison. We waited 2 hours from point of order until food hit the table. (Which we should have left, I know...) Everything else was basically equal otherwise in the restaurant...lets hope this isnt a real representation of that staff tonight. I hope others dont feel this in that space. We certainly wont, as we wont chance it by returning.

Food is good. That is it.Dont bother tipping, they dont deserve it. You can guarantee your drinks will not be filled quickly. You may as well walk up to the soda machine and get your own, or walk up to the bar and say you need another. If you get wings, always get extra sauce on the side. Why? Because no matter what you say, they will never put enough sauce to even cover the chicken. Service is always slow. On one occasion, the server did not come back to check us out in a reasonable amount of time after leaving the bill (10-15 minutes?!). We had to walk up to the counter and pay the manager because our server was taking his sweet time talking to the bartender. Yeah. Its bad. I am forced to come here often due to a particular item on the menu my best friend enjoys. Service is some of the worst Ive ever had. I refuse to eat here. I have had the displeasure of frequenting this establishment so much as of the past few months, that I think I have had nearly every server on staff.

Ive been coming here for the last 8 years or more. Ive gotten to know the wait staff and management. There are some great people here. They work so hard and deserve respect !! Dont come in here and expect your food out in minutes when they are slammed with not only orders here but To-Go ! Ive been here so many times and seen the awful treatment of staff. Do you know how little a server makes? 2.13 an hour !!! No no its not minimum wage. You gripe and complain about everything and look for comps on your bill. You expect a yes sir and no sir when youre being a total rude jerk. You get what YOU put out. If you cant tip properly you shouldnt be going out to eat. This location has some amazing servers, bartenders, kitchen staff and managers. Treat them with respect and YOU get respect.

The wait and service was terrible. We went at a busy time and were happy to wait because it was busy but it was more lack of organization. 15 min to be seated because no clean tables, from sitting 15 min to be acknowledged by staf member, another 10 to receive drinks and make food order. Add 40 for food to come and then 10 min after food was finished to manage to flag down our server to ask for the check. Drinks also never refilled. The servers werent that busy. we witnessed them have several conversations at the till. The food itself was good but not worth an hour and a half of your time. I would recommend the takeout option

I didnt like anything. I had a hostess named Autumn, and she failed to preform her job to the best of her ability. No seating from the hostess, and when we requested to be seated, she got visably frusturated and offered horrible service. I would rate this 0/5 if I could. The incompetence is rampant. The only way this place will get better is if the service is improved and those rendering bad service are either taught better food service skills or outright terminated. Will go to any other buffalo wild wings in the area, or any other restaurant in general before this one.

This place was horrible. The girls in the front didnt greet us for over 4 min. We had to tell them we had four people just to get their attention. Then we stood there for another 3 minutes while they continued their own personal conversation . Got to the table it was dirty then they were out of the alcohols for the drinks. Our server was great, he really tried to make up for the fact that they didnt have anything and he did it with a smile. Then we got our appitzers that we waited forever for and they were cold. Definitely wont be back to this location.

This is the Third time I have ordered EXTRA wet wings and get them dry with almost no sauce on them. I Always let them know and repeate my self And ask them to repeate the order back to me. I even pay extra so they ARE wet. The Staff is great when I order, just not sure where the communication fails between them or the cook. I live two blocks away from the Keller location and I will now drive elsewhere as I am tired of this service.

It is run by a bunch of 18-20 year olds who would rather socialize that properly serve customers. I have also called in take out here several times and have been told my order would be ready in 15-20 minutes and instead arrived 30 minutes later and my order STILL isnt ready. Wings are always dry here and do not have enough sauce on them on top of being cold. Go to Wingstop across the street instead.

I have been going to this location for years. The food is consistently good. You can take the kids and have family night or take your buddy to the man bar. Management is very attentive to the guests and are happy to help. Jodi,Lauren, and Stephanie keep the drinks flowing, and start preparing your favorite spirit as soon as you walk in. My kids love it there and my buddies always have a good time.

Poor service, sat at bar at Least 10 min before bartender showed up. Then ordered about $25 wings and sides to be told 5 min later it was last call, after they took my order, had they told me it was last call I would not have ordered food. Been in many bars, and other buffalo wild wings, never seen last call 30 minutes before closing ? Theyre headed same as many other chains

The service was what you would expect. They were nice but the food was pretty bad. I had the big jack daddy burger and fries and my wife had 10 traditional wings. We both had frozen margaritas which tasted like soap water with a little margarita mix. The food was overly salted and greasy. Didnt really have high expectations but I was a little surprised at how bad it all was.
