We really wanted to like it. However, the service was absolutely terrible. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and told we could sit wherever. We thanked them, and sat at a table in the middle of the place. It took 15 minutes for the same lady to come back and grab us waters, not even asking if we wanted anything else. During this time, she was sitting at the bar talking to her friends. Then she moved near the back and sat at a table and talked to the other servers (who were also just sitting). When we finally got our waters, we also told what kind of flavor of Hookah wed like. It took another 20 minutes before it was brought to us. At first we thought there must be a wait or something, but there were only 4 or 5 tables there besides us. Eventually, we began looking around for our server, and discovered she was right behind us, sitting at a booth and playing on her phone. When we got our Hookah (after asking where it was, the server got up and sighed and got it for us), we smoked for another 20 minutes before they came back. We placed an order for chips and salsa and that, thankfully, came promptly. Unfortunately, however, the salsa was Pace Picante salsa. I think if they are going to open a can of $1 salsa and dump it into a bowl, they should specify on the menu that this is what youll be getting. We were very disappointed and didnt eat any of it. As we sat there for another 10 minutes, we made eye contact with our server as often as possible, trying to indicate that we needed our ticket. Since she never came back, we had to go to her to get it. Over all, unless you are a friend of someone at this establishment, dont waste your time. Their food is bought from Walmart and there are no words for the abysmal service.

Been going to the place for 3 years now. Even when I decide I need a break from going I wind up back there before I know it! The chicken schwarma is one of the best in town and with a side of hummus your world is made :) the staff is amazing, great drinks, fun place even if you just need to kick back and relax or do some work on your laptop. Not too loud or dark and is open early and closes real late so its prefect for the entire days work. Highly recommend Heat, definitely the best hookah bar in town.

Overall the atmosphere is nice, but the service SUCKS! We were ignored for 30+ mins and it took 15mins to get our hookah. We didnt get tips to smoke we had to go get someone to get them and our drinks. The drinks took forever as well. The waitress never came to our table to give us new coal. The other servers were either in the back talking to each other or smoking with their friend. Then when we finally got our ticket it was priced wrong.

WOW THIS PLACE SUCKS!! ugly server victoria is A. annoying B ugly C slow D brain damaged!! so, the service was nasty! now lets talk about the hookah, dirty hoes, dirty shaft, and the herpes from our waitress mouth is contagious. everything was bad! do not go there, you will regret spending $200!!! nasty!

Horrible service! The servers kept drinking and smoking kookah with their friends and completely ignored customers. It took way to long to get coals (40+min) and her reasoning was because somebody took ours to another table - yeah her friends took them to their table! Abysmal service.

Out of all the hookah bars in wichita,this is the most clean and the design of the place is unique. I get the option to smoke,eat and offers a open bar. its a private bar but only charges 10$ a year,which is reasonable. I enjoy this place and go there to have a great time.

Worst hookah in town.. the services is extremely terrible... Way over priced it took 20 min just to get my drink.. the girls are mean and only are friendly if you are with guys food is over priced service is not worth it drinks are over priced... WORST hookah in town

Love! This place changed my mind on how nice they could be. When me and my friends came here for a reunion we ended up staying the whole night because of how good the service was and how delicious the food was.

Very relaxing. Good music. Nice waitress. Good service. Any other hooka bar in town is rather trashy compared to this. Its in a good area and their style and design is really nice. Not too bad on prices.
