Went through the drive thu and ordered a 16 pc family meal. When I got home and unpacked the food to feed my family a cockroach crawled out of the biscuit box. Tried to call 3x and apparently their # doesnt work.

Food is great always. Speed of service is mediocre. They have run out honey on multiple occasions. My kids love the honey on their chicken.
