I received the WORST service from this place. I was supposed to meet a friend here, along with my boyfriend and our roommate. She was going to wait for us, and have drinks ready and an appetizer, we arrived there about 45 minutes AFTER she did. When we arrived, she had no menus or drinks, and she said there was no hostess (Which was true, we didnt see any when we walked in.) Okay thats a little irritating right? We waited about ten minutes, waiters and waitresses saw us and just kept on walking, finally, I flagged down a waiter and asked him to service us or at least have someone sent to our table, 20 minutes pass and STILL no one. Mind you, we were sitting outside, I flagged down a waitress who was on the second floor, and asked for a manager, she immediately took our order and another waiter came down to ask what the problem was. We told him we have waited over an hour for menus and wanted to speak to a manager, he offered a free appetizer and wanted to wipe the slate clean. I have low blood sugar, and not wanting any more trouble, I said okay, if they did well I would have still asked for the manager but offered praise instead. I can appreciate amends. So another hour goes by, and the waitress says their a bit packed so their having a back log in the kitchen. Understandable except a group sat down beside us after we made our order and was already packing their food into to go boxes and leaving. When we received our food it was cold, so cold that the chips in one of the nachos were held together and wouldnt move from the plate. I wanted a manager, i ate a little of it because I have low blood sugar, I have to eat at some point or else I pass out. So I called the manager, he finally came down after about another 20 minutes and the first thing our his mouth "There are people starving all over the world but you have first world problems so what do you need." Were at a restaurant and he wants to says we have first world problems. HE then goes on to say that he doesnt believe we waited for more than an hour, he also adds that it was my friends fault for having bad service because she didnt walk inside to grab a waiter and we set outside, he also said that orders were backed up in the kitchen. He couldnt explain why people beside us were served before us, and another on of his waiters once again tried to say they were packed his remark, "I dont know if you ever worked before but it isnt my job to make things okay with you." Excuse me? Then as we complained about the waitress who ignored us when we first came in, to her manager mind you, she told us she didnt appreciate us talking about her. Ah, her name is Sterling and the Managers name if Patrick. We wanted an apology for shoddy service, instead he said the terrible food is free and when we asked for an apology he only smiled and said, "I gave you free food, you should be happy." and left laughing saying, "Oh nooo we suck here too!" Im not sure why this happened, I ate here last year and it was wonderful, obviously they had a change in management. So its a terrible place to eat, with terrible service and emotional teenagers who confront costumers as if their on an drama TV series. Im posting this where ever I find it.

Horrible , horrible service and experience ! This place will be out of business very soon if it continues on its path of ignoring the customers. The waitstaff was more interested in doing side work and gossiping with each other than serving or greeting customers. The bartender was more interested in touching the waitresses than in serving the customers. If I were the owner, hed be fired in a heartbeat before an EEO complaint gets filed by one of the miserable waitresses! I went in to pick up my husband who had been sitting at the bar nursing an over-priced beer, and observing the non-service. No one came over to greet me or offer me anything. And this was at the bar ! The waitress who looked like she was just miserable being there finally came over & asked my husband if he wanted another beer, but totally ignored me as if I were invisible - I hate that ! Way to drive away customers! Food coming out of the kitchen was very very slow. And a $12 burger? Do yourself a favor and go to Red Robin or BJs for friendly staff and better deals.

Average at best; I went here before my movie with two friends and it was pretty slow as it was past lunch rush-hour. My friends ordered the tuna steak sandwich and a chicken sandwich. Despite it being pretty slow the service was slow, the tuna was not medium as ordered and the two checks were swiped with the wrong cards. When I asked about the incorrect swiping the waitress said she wasnt sure which was which, but she still swiped anyway. Genius! (One check was $10 and the other was $60. Kind of important to get that right. If you forget, just ask next time?) The spicy pineapple margarita was decent; could do with some actual pineapple in it or as a garnish. It will be quite a while before I ever return here.

Literally the worst service ever. My boyfriend and I sat at the bar. We got served drinks immediately which was a good sign for great service. I was wrong. It took us 15 minutes to get another bartenders attention for us to order food. Once we got our food... The food was put in wrong because the BARTENDER DIDNT WRITE DOWN THE ORDER. This is what happens when you dont write down the order. Waited to get the bartenders attention for silverware. Did they get it for me? No. I took it off another table. Bartenders only paid attention to guys. How about do your job and serve everyone equally. If you cant handle the service industry then get the hell out of it and never come to this location ever again. ✌️✌️✌️✌️✌️✌️

I went for a group meet ..waited 1 hour for a drink and 2 to get my food. after I got my food it was wrong then was told they would would bring my bacon for my burger and that took 30 minutes and the bacon was raw and my burger was cold. Gave up on getting a refil to my soda went to the bar and instead of pouring out the water down ice she adds coke I told her to get me another glass I do not like watered down coke. So I was told they took care of my ticket because all this and I left with my friend and heard yelling hey lady the waiter chasing me down to pay for drinks and this was embarrassing. As the mall and sidewalks full due to the stars wars movie and holiday.

Well lets start with Im a bar louies fan big old fan I brought my friends excited bc 2 of them had never been at 11pm the service was not very friendly in use to friendly servers and great food. Today was mac and cheese had no cheese waitress looked offended that we had a question about it. There was a nat in my friends drink instead of giving a free drink she just replaced smh then my friends nachos were missing cheese my calamari was suppose to be fried /crispy nope not at all very soggy. The manager was cool helped out with the wings bc of the sixe but long story short Ive never left upset and disappointed and hungry but we are today yup we not feeling them today
