We came in 15 before 11pm to grab 2 tortas. When we walked up to the host and asked for seating for two he made it a point to tell us that they closed at 12. We stated that the open sign was still on and it wasnt 12 yet but the host just replied with the same comment of "yeah but we close at 12". I guess their chain is big enough that they dont need to worry about the quality of customer service. I have gone to Arandas since I was a child and have even taken my own children but the quality of their food and service has diminished over the years. I will not be going back.

This specific Arandas has the most tender flank steak I have ever eaten. They are very accommodating to your taste. I have had theyre breakfast and lunch and have enjoyed both. I believe they just added a tortillera and are now offering hand made tortillas on the spot which brings an added layer of flavor to theyre tortilla foods. Over all this place is above average from your run of the mill Mexican joint, the atmosphere is fun and loud so if you are looking for a quiet lunch this is not the place.

Muy mal servicio espere casi 15 minutos y la mesera nunca llego Ni para tomar las bebidas solo recibimos chips y salsa en ese tiempo y gracias al hosts entrenen mejor asus meseras para que den mejor servicio

Horrible servicio, la comida es buena apenas me sirvieron y me dejaron la cuenta que falta de educación ustedes mismos hacen que no regrese el cliente pudiendo preguntar si se me ofrece algo mas pero bueno.

Food was great but the service, eh not so much. We waited nearly 20 minutes just to be asked what we wanted to drink. We were not asked once throughout the entire time we were there if we needed anything, unacceptable. Once we were done we had to go ask for our ticket because no one bothered to bring it to us. Needless to say it was not the kind of service I expect or wish for anyone.

Service, service... Order food to go wait for around 30+ min.. Food was ready long before but was sitting on their counter.. Ask & nobody knew.. Cashier too busy, helpers talking each other or checking their phones finally got food Cold! And the only thing i got was Im sorry! Really ! Instead of offer to make it again just a so sorry! Not going back ever! This was on a Sunday night.

Come here if you enjoy being totally ignored. No drinks, no chips and salsa, not even a "Have you been helped, yet?" We took our family out to eat and enjoy ourselves, only to sit right in the middle of every other table being attended but ours. Whats worse is we went to speak with a manager about it and they just laughed, brushed it off, didnt even bother to try and make it right.

Couldnt get an order right. smfh My dinner was killed tonight because they gave us the wrong item I had to drive all the way back to the restaurant Once I got there the wetback was just smiling like he just hopped the border. I am mostly angry at the courtesy they fail to have. I mean come on man!

The service is like a box of chocolates. You never know what youre gonna get. Sometimes the service can be good, other times bad. The food is good, the red, and green salsa is what keeps me hooked! Try the huge quesadilla or burrito with shrimp and fajita

OMG, this place is amazing. My wife and I came here for the first time today for breakfast and it by far is the best we have had since moving to Houston. Staff was attentive and curtious. Tortillas are great..We will definitely be regulars here.

Great value priced breakfast. Green salsa not as good as the Woodlands location. They only give you two tortillas where all other Arandas I have been to give three. Different tortilla supplier as they arent as good as the other locations.

The breakfast is amazing and very reasonably priced. This is defiantly my new spot. why go to ihop when you get much better hospitality and quality food here. my favorite has to be the pancakes*** make sure to try them if you go.

Service was excellent. Food was great. Ordered Tacos al Carbon. Two tacos rice and beans with pico and lettuce on the side and a glass of tea. $15. Priced to high in my opinion for what i had. I wont be going back.

My migas was so tough I had to cut it up with a knife. The fajita meat was very thin and tough. In my husbands menudo the pieces were so big he had to take them out of the bowl and cut them up.
