The valets damaged the bumper on my brothers brand new car (not even 3 weeks old). Upon discovery, we brought this to the attention of the parking lot manager and he asked for 3 days to investigate which we respectfully gave - his end conclusion was that it was too dark at night to see on camera and determine whether the damage was done by one of the valets in one of the surrounding lots (we were never shown the camera footage). However, we know with certainty that the damage was done while the car was here. His idea of keeping us happy was him paying 70% of the repair price but ONLY from a shadyass body shop that he had connections with - and even then they would only do a touch-up job, not the 100% job that a reputable shop or the dealership would do. We challenged this to have him pay 70% of a complete repair performed at a trusted shop which we got a good rate from. He refused to be flexible on this and said he could only give 40% of that amount - given no other choice, we cut our losses and took that amount. My brother had been going to Ranosh on a biweekly basis for a long time, but given all of the above, I dont think well be returning to Ranosh ever again, and I advise those that really wanna come here - BEWARE OF THE VALETS. Valet is the only parking option after 4pm, and the OK food is not worth risking your car getting damaged.

If you are a female, you will not feel welcome here. They serve the men first before they will ever get around to serving you. I brought my mother with me here, because she had never been to a hookah cafe before and was looking forward to the experience. We were seated and were served the drinks we ordered. The waiter returned to take our order for our meals and I ordered a hookah service for myself. My mother noticed there were two men at another table who were seated after us and they got their hookah service before I did while we had been waiting 15 minutes before the men who got served first arrived. This treatment offended both me and my mother. We got up out of our seats and told the waiter and the owner that we would pay for our drinks and leave immediately, because of the way they discriminate and treat women. I had also noticed that the other male customers there were giving us ugly looks and stares. The place also didnt have air conditioning while it was 97 degrees outside and tables were dirty and the chairs had food crumbs on them. Ladies, if you decide to eat here, expect the male customers to be served before you or just get ignored altogether.

I wouldnt recommend this place your first option, the food is not too bad but there is really not too much option to choose from. The service is horrible, if u order your food will be with you after 35-40 mins and they never come back to ask if u need anything or not. I went last time it wasnt even that crowded but they rush u to leave. I was eating and they brought the bill to pay and I said Ill pay in a minute and the guy stand on my shoulder and said Ill wait to take a payment because we need to close already for a day. This is not how restaurants suppose to do, if your eating at least let customer eat peacefully and enjoy the meal they order. I didnt even say there for 75 mins and had to leave. I food tasted good but the chicken was really hard. I ask for some drinks and never got them until I had to walk myself and grab them. There is no regular parking until u pay the valet. The tables are never clean, it was embarrassing to take one who never eat there before.

I used to love this place until they started serving me burnt out, reused shisha (hookah). They think because Im white that I dont know any better, little do they know I frequent many places around town during the week. When I tell them it is cashed and no good they bring me back another head ... Funny thing is is that it is burnt out too. When I complain they come out with some lame excuse that it only last twenty minutes, which I know better and its aggravating because the stuff doesnt even last for five! I used to come here once or twice a week sometimes even more, but decided to stop coming since I felt I was being ripped off...and as a regular that was pretty insulting. The food and overall quality isnt even that great, I had simply just fell in love with the atmosphere and found it kind of a fun alternative compared to going to a bar, etc. Like some people do...

Food was good and it is nice spot with play areas for kids and family friendly too. I came late afternoon for lunch for the second time amd service was good too. The only reason I gave it a 4 was the first time we came two weeks back came in the evening and waited 15 minutes without even being acknowledged at the table. There was chaos among the wait staff as it was busy and the valet end up getting more than the restaurant. The server barely spoke english but at the same time it was really busy. Also parking availability sucks here. I always give every place a second chance. Other than that it is generally a good place aside from parking.

I went there for the first time, we stayed outside, they have play ground area for kids, I love it. the food was good. The only reason I put 2, because of the "CHICHA" , I couldnt breath, my son has flu that day, and I wished they could have a place specially outside near the play ground area for CHICHA FREE " KIDS ZONE"..I DONT KNOW..SOMETHING WHERE KIDS CAN BREATH. Its not making sense to have your kids around you and you are smoking these stuff. I dont care about other parents, but just make me sick to see parents doing that front of their kids, not sure what they are trying to accomplish!.

this place is the best bang for your buck. Going here is like stepping into a bustling cafe tucked away in the hillsides of Abu Ghosh. Excellent shisha at the cheapest price in town (some places downtown actually expect you to pay more the $15 which is a scam if Ive ever seen one), fair prices, great food with unbeatable taste. the waitstaff is friendly and social and eager to practice their English, but if you want to impress them with your Arabic, "marhaba" means hello, "min fadlak" is please, and "shukran bikteer" is thank you very much.

The food was pretty good and the portions were generous. I ordered a falafel platter with a side of hummus and couldnt finish everything. I wouldve given a five star review had the customer service been a bit better. The waiters didnt once check up on our table to see if we needed anything. Perhaps its just an Arabic thing...maybe its not in their culture to be as service-oriented as Americans. But all in all, I liked the place and would come back a second time.

Best late night middle-eastern food ever. Best middle eastern bread probably in the US. Excellent Kafta Kabob, Excellent Chicken, the Beef is tasty but a little tough. Skip the Falafel the Hummus is slightly below average doesnt taste as fresh as it should. Dirt cheap valet. Smokie inside (a lot of Hookah and some cigarettes) it is better to opt for the huge relaxed patio dining. Huge playground next to the patio.
