Horrible service sums it up. After a full hour of waiting on our appetizers, we decided to request our bill and leave. And the nerve of them to bill us for appetizers and a meal we never received. We had them correct the bill to include only our drinks and we left. The young black male who was waiting on us could only apologize for the long wait and repeatedly said he would check on our food only he returned empty handed every single time he came to our table. Even providing our bill took some time. We had to go inside to look for him and we found him cleaning silverware... like, cmon man!? Really?? As we left, we came across a party of 4 ladies who were just as upset as we were with this restaurant only they were upset because after waiting 50 minutes for a table, they learned the table was "accidentally" given away to another party. The hostess herself apologized and acknowledged the poor service. she could only say they were surprisingly busy for a Saturday night. If I could rate this place negative stars, it would be maxed out. Never again.

Lunch: while everyone at our table received their food, myself and one other person who ordered the Lasagna had to wait longer than 5 minutes which allowed the others time to eat their last few bites of their meal. After only eating half of my meal, I asked the waiter for a To Go container. He took my leftovers over to the counter and while transferring it to the container drops my leftovers on the counter, scoops it up and proceeds to place it in the To Go container and bring it to me. After motioning to him that I do not want it, he proceeded to speak with the mgr to knock off the meal but I too spoke with the mgr and mentioned that the bad thing about this incident is that the waiter should have instead said to me "I dropped it and will credit you the meal" rather than think I didnt see what happen and pass it off to me-Bad Business. Note that the mgr did not charge me for the meal and provided me a free lunch on him the next time I come in. Should I take him up on his offer?

Went there for a late lunch on Sunday. There was us, another family, and two waiters - and yet the service was extremely slow. It took a while to get our order - I had to call our waiter (who was chatting with the other waiter and someone who was probably the manager) far away from our table. He wasnt paying any attention; after 10 minutes I finally got the attention of the manager, told him we were ready to order, and it still took a few minutes for the waiter to show up. Then another very long wait until the food was ready - and we didnt order anything special. The food was underwhelming - small portions (particularly for the price). The pasta was overcooked (what kind of Italian restaurant overcooks pasta?), my arugula salad was all mushy. As my dad used to say in similar situations: Gesu Gesu, me se vide mo, nun me vide chiu. Stay away from this place.

Went on Sunday, March 2, 2014, 6:30-8:15 P.M. Got a table fairly quickly as the restaurant was about 1/3 full. Took around 15 min for waiter to get our drink order. Took another 20 minutes to get our food order. Took another 35-40 minutes to get our food. I had the meatball dish. Tasted bland and had what seemed like 2 cans of mushrooms in it. Never got a refill on drinks. Took the waiter another 15 minutes after we finished to bring the check. First time there and wasnt impressed at all.

Poor experience...got there at 7:20 on a Sunday night. They told us it was a 40 minute wait which we happily did. After an hour wait and seeing everyone get seated that was waiting, we asked. The manager/hostess/waiter said youre next. 30 minutes later and 2 people after us, we asked again and he said were definitely next. Finally at 9pm (which is when they close), they sat us down. We than waited 30 more minutes to get a waiter to come take our order. POOR EXPERIENCE!!!!

In town for a conference. This place was a spur of the moment decision with friends and we made the right choice. Everyone loved what he/she ordered. Staff was really nice and helpful. The seafood lasagna was great. I ordered it without the clam. Now i will say they ran out of key ingredients for two dishes of my friends (pizza dough and cannetolini) but they recommended dishes and the fiends were extremely pleased by the choices

The restaurant was very accommodating. We booked a large group on a business trip. We already had a late reservation, and then the group ran late. The restaurant still had a table ready for us and served us even though it was at the end of their hours. The sea scallops werent the best I have had, but they were good. The service was great, although they did offer us drinks from the bar several times before they brought us a menu.

Our server was very enthusiastic, and the setting is lovely. Our appetizer took ages to get to us and was over-salted, covered in powdered cheese, and soggy. We sat for nearly 40 minutes between the appetizer and the entree, and when my husbands salad came it contained allergens (tree nuts) that wed asked them to leave off. The second attempt wasnt even the salad hed ordered, so he just ate the chicken off of the top.

The carpaccio was excellent! Our salads were quite tasty, but even though two of us ordered the same salad they looked completely different. You couldnt tell we had ordered the same salad. However, it was quite delicious. I had the tonno con risotto and the flavors were amazing, but the tuna was a little overcooked for my taste. Overall though, I was more than pleased with Mia Bella and would definitely recommend it.

We came here for lunch and were put in a small side room with a curtain segregating our group off. Of our groups three meals one of the two pastas was over cooked, there other under cooked. Pasta is the one thing an Italian place shouldnt screw up. The third lunch was a sandwich that didnt even have toppings in one half of the cut sandwich. Not great for the price, though the taste past these issues was good.

We went out for a night on the town on New Years Eve and ended up spending it in this wonderful restaurant. The food was magnificent. Our server selected a bottle of wine that accented the meal wonderfully. The server was very attentive. We sat by the window and people watched our way into the New Year! Spent the same as I would have for cover and drinks at a club! Only this was more classy.

Dont go here before a concert. Staffing not prepared for crowd. Food mediocre at best. Service terrible. Went before Rush concert. Restaurant had no air-conditioning, Beers were filled at least 2 oz short of a pint, food completely average. i had to go get my waiter twice to get our order. I had to bring my check to bar for checkout. This place used to be fantastic but not so much anymore.

They lost our reseveration, so we waited over an hour to sit. They were out of many of the bottled wines on the list. We had to go with our 4th or 5th choice, then had to switch when they ran out of that. The service was very slow and the waitress was not accomodating at all. The salads and pasta tasted pretty good, but hte tuna was aweful. I will not be going back.
