!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LIVE ROACH IN FOOD !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This was the worst experience at a restaurant I think I have ever endured. The evening started off promising as I was visiting my family for the holidays and my parents suggested Los Faroles for dinner on our last night in town. We were a party of 14 and the drinks and laughter flowed until our food arrived. My brother in law opened his tortilla container and was stunned due to the LIVE ROACH crawling inside. The container was cold giving us the impression it had been sitting out. When we notified the establishment they brushed it off and stated they had removed his entree. When I explained that no one at the table could touch their meals having lost all appetite and that we were all disgusted (the food had just arrived and next to nothing was touched) the management representatives became argumentative continuously explaining away the LIVE ROACH. We were treated as if we had done something wrong. I refused to both eat and pay for the food and they complied as if they were doing me a favor. I was purposely discreet as not to alert the full restaurant or cause a scene for the other customers but we were still treated hostly. When the drink bill was presented there was still charges that were not correct. At that point though my party wanted to just walk out and not pay anything we paid $50 of our bill. Long story short the restaurant has a ROACH PROBLEM and they do not know how to treat their customers. It really tainted my entire holiday trip being it was my last night with family. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!

Too bad they would refuse a $5 coupon over 1 "special margarita" that wasnt. The food is average at best, the prices are mid range and the environment is below average. You lost this customer on principal, I dont mind paying for what I get and frankly the $5 would have went to the tip anyway! Your location was convenient but I certainly have better options a short distance further. Adiós!

My friends and I decided to try something new and what a terrible idea it was. We ordered Tacos Al Carbon and Chimichangas. The tacos were horrible, the chicken tasted like slightly salted wet cloth and the "beef Chimichangas" were nothing but deep fried ground beef tacos. It was by far the worst thing wed ever eaten. It was too much money for the worst food ever.

If you like Authentic Mexican this is the place you need to visit. Family owned and operated. Fair price and excellent service! A+++ You have to try the Enchiladas Del Mar.... Hot hot hot! And dont forget to try the RyanRita. Its a very special Margarita named after a great friend of mine that we miss dearly...

We started going on a recommendation and have been going just about every Friday for the past 3 months! This place is really cozy and has a great atmosphere. The margaritas are the best around. The service and staff are wonderful. I cant belive they arent busier.. but probably due to being in the burbs.

This place not only serves real mexican food cooked the real mexican way but the Franks Margaritas are one of the best out of the area. Service is fast and friendly and food is always great. Most definitely try this restaurant out.

We have been going here for years and its always good. Our go to order is the Batana Plate and the La Tortuga. Both are delicious and you get a little bit of everything. They also have great margaritas.

This place is hands down the best mexican restaurant within a 15 mile radius. Excellent food, prices and service. I pickup lunch from them at least two times a week. Best mexican food in the area.
