Last Friday I was there with my neighbors who go every Friday evening. My 4 yr old daughter was very wound up and playing with the ladies on either side of me and wearing us all out. This was before dinner and after dinner. After dinner I asked the hostess if she could change the TV near us to a kids channel so my child maybe could give us all a break and watch. Hostess came back and said "they said no." I asked "who said no?" She replied "Javier." Well Javier, you do not have a fine dining establishment, your steaks are shoe leather and I will never come back. Three years a regular and I get treated this way. NO ?? Are you kidding me? I will now to to Tequila Lopez. Thanks for nothing. You always took way too long to bring the check any way.

Food was decent. But Javier who is supposedly the manager had a 10 minute argument with me in regards to charging me the same regardless of the fact that I did not want meat in my food, when you ask for extra meat, you get charged extra so why doesnt it make sense to get a small reduction for using less ingredients, especially something like meat, the most expensive ingredient. Then to go on and tell me no one provides that kind of reduction when everywhere else I go, reduces the price without me having to ask... not trying to be a pain. But it makes sense...

The first time we came here it was amazing! But they were not busy at all. Second time they had more business... and it took over 10 minutes for someone to take our order. It was busy, but not THAT busy. Once we got a new server everything went a bit smoother... the food is great but the service is lacking when it counts... will update review if we visit again.

Food was really good service was good but like most every other restaurants in town thet messed up the to go I got for someone else. When I called I was told they charged me for what I got and not what I ordered. Of course what I ordered was more than what I got. Then they ask me to bring it all the way back to exchange it. So I wont be going back.

Love this place. My family and I have been coming here for years. Great food, good people here. They make you feel welcome and like family. I am extremely picky when it comes to Mexican food or TexMex, nobody,makes it like your own family, and this is one of the very few places I will say has great food at very reasonable prices.

This is the only Mexican restaurant nearby that my 83 yr old dad likes. He is a vegetarian and only eats the enchiladas with cheese, and a side of beans and rice. My wife and I get the fajitas for two brought on a hot skillet without green peppers and with onions. Really cant complain - it was good. Price is reasonable.

Food is fresh and authentic. Everything on the menu is good. You wont go wrong with whatever you choose. My whole family enjoys this restaurant. I have been here several times in the past two months. Their food always comes to the table extra hot, with the cheese still bubbling and my food always came out quickly. I ordered the enchiladas de mole many times and it is delicious. I highly recommend this place for lunch and dinner.

Food was pretty good went for a late lunch was not busy at all. Repeat visits and I have to say this is a great place. Have taken several friends to this place and they liked it so much they keep saying they want to go back. To me that is the best sign of a good place.

One of my favorite local grub spots. In an otherwise tasty-restaurant-barren landscape at the Bissonnet and Hwy 6 area Im glad this long-standing Mexican establishment has proven its grit and its deliciousness over the years. Love that salsa too :D

Delicious food and great service. Im a firefighter and several times weve arrived close to closing time as weve been busy with calls, every time theyve stayed maybe a little later than they wanted to to make sure we ate. Always good food.

Flautas are my go to, but they have good quesadillas too. I only had their fajitas once but was pretty good. They got beef and chicken and can mix the two if you ask them. Margaritas are on point had the Jumbo for 7 or 8 dollars
