Overall, I am quite displeased with the food being served here. I used to go there frequently with my mother or my friend. Some dishes were sweetened, they shouldnt be. The seafood was good such as sushis and salmon. Crawfish was sub par as it wasnt too tasty. The soups werent pleasing to the taste, they were sweetened. Its been little over a year since I last went there and I hope their food improved as I passed there frequently on my way home taking note that the business has been much better than before. If their business is pretty good, then, the food BETTER be GOOD! The beverages were average in quality and price; the ice tea could add a little more kick to the flavor. I really dont know why their food is sweetened. I guess with all the high Hispanic customer volume and very little Whites or Oriental, perhaps they sweetened it just for them, BIG MISTAKE! When you make Oriental food, you gotta KEEP the original flavor. Dont add too much to it, dont take anything away from it, leave it as is! Other than that I am just displeased with the food. I hope when I come back there, the food will be a whole lot better than before. This Hibachi Grill & Supreme Buffet was once a Ryans Steakhouse back in the 1990s through late 2000s, perhaps it was shut down in 2010. But nonetheless, the atmosphere is very beautiful, but not the food! Just fix your food, whoever the owner of the HBGSB is.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! Went there on a Saturday afternoon and it was an absolute zoo! The hibachi grill area was filthy; the guy behind the grill didnt speak English and acted irritated when I told him to substitute Sriracha Chili Sauce in place of Teriyaki sauce, which was on the shelf behind him. The entire area where you pick assorted veggies & meats for the grill was just as filthy as the grill ... sticky. After he begrudgingly cooked what I picked, I lost any appetite I thought I had and opted for salad and fruit. Kids were running around like little wild animals everywhere unsupervised. The waitress station was right next to our booth; she never bothered to remove any of the plates from the table and had to be asked for a check. Im always a conscientious 15-20% tipper due to being a waitress while in college, but this was the first time in my life I refused to leave a dime. The place was pathetic! I expressed my dissatisfaction with the manager and he didnt blink an eye ... it was as if it was business as usual! I would have been better off giving someone homeless the $22 I paid for two meals. I will never return. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!!!!!!!!

Hibachi should be removed from the name! I had lunch there today and from the first few steps in the place, I should have turned around. Not to mention the grass out front was probably knee high, which was a slight indicator. Looks like crap outside, usually is inside as well. Anyway, smelled like urine and the floors were sticky. The tables and seats, really the whole place needs to be cleaned, Im talking BLEACHED its so nasty. Food, you didnt know what some stuff was cause it looked like road kill. Very messy food areas, as well as, dirty plates and utensils, just disgusting. The cherry on the sundae with this experience was the waitress sitting not even 6 feet away, down right digging boogers out of her nose right out in front of everyone, like its ok to do that. Looking at her booger and going in for another. Lastly, my fiend went to wash her hands in the bathroom and it was so bad she gagged. Oh and flies at the table and buffet. I never write reviews but this place should be visited by the health department.

The only good thing about this place was the waitress. Not a big selection and why no kung pao chicken? But that is the least of my concerns. First, two of the plates my children picked up had old food stuck and the silverware was even worse, i had a glance into the kit hen and dishes were piled so high, on the floor!! The food was cold and alot of it not cooked thouroughly. The hibachi chef used the same spatula to serve everone with eggs and shellfish. I ended up eith shrimp in my food i didnt ask for. Cmon folks, some people have allergies to eggs and shellfish. Someone could die. And the temperature in the freezer with ice cream was wrong. The ice cream was melted. Horrible horrible food and i think i will call the health dept. Its that bad. Seriously.

If youre really hungry, then this is a good buffet. The waiter assigned to us was very attentive. The food, while it tasted good, was a little dry. I could not find any steamed white rice and the fried rice was a bit dry. My biggest complaint was how they presented the roast and fish. The servers simply placed them on the steam table whole and uncut, leaving them for us to cut and service ourselves. Other customers simply sliced the beef at fish into odd chunks and left them unattractively butchered. While the buffet left me feeling like we were at a military chowhall, it really tasted OK.

I invited a homeless guy to eat with me and they were very rude to him. They told me that for inviting the homeless guy it made their restaurant look bad. First of all how does a homeless guy make your restaurant look bad when the restrooms are discusting. There is so much trash overflowing in the restrooms and the toilets were never clean. How can they have the courage to tell us that a homeless guy makes their restaurant look bad when this place i very dirty. I would recommend them taking care of the place first before calling someone discusting and being extremely rude about it.

Gross i should have turned around as soon as i walked in but decided to see whats up and thats when i made the biggest mistake in my life first the staff was horrible then they sat us next to trash and i mean there was literally trash on the floor i asked if it was going to be taken out after asking three staff members and nothing happening about the trash i walked out horrible place dont even know how it stays open

Unlike tv commercials food is not as shown. Very little seafood. Seafood tasted old, cold, and extremely greasy. Before going i called to ask for price on a 3 year old child price for buffett. He said it was free. Then once we came in and recieved the check they charged us 4.99 for child buffett. I took it up with the manager and he said he did not understand english-lies!!!!

The fruits was not sweet, it felt like it wasnt rip yet. I also find a string of hair in my rice. they said it was mine, but hell did i have long hair. the waiter said he coulndt do nothing, and the manager said she didnt knew what happended. I was a good person to not make a big fuse about it. But i would not come back to this place even if it was free.
