We came to Don Carlos to celebrate a friends birthday and needless to say it was the worst experience we ever had! Asked for chips 2x, never got a refill on water, and OUR CLASSIC MARGARITA PITCHER COST $50! I kid you not, and after (attempting) to speak to the manager, who basically mislead everyone that the pitcher was $50! That was not worth the $100.00 we spent for what?! TERRIBLE SERVICE, $100 bill that we got stuck paying and trying to reason with the manger who was just as much as an idiot as everyone else. I understand if you advertise that your drinks are a certain price but dont try and stick someone with the bill for $100 cause your waiters didnt split up the bill correctly. Also, his manager on hand tried to explain to me that I did In fact order a "24K Margarita" as oppose to the "Classic Margarita" when I know dang well on what I ordered. NEVER COME HERE AGAIN! You will regret your decision and only leave with terrible service, an overpriced meal, and of course a bad stomach ache cause the food was that bad! Trust us, you will regret coming here! Save your money and go somewhere else.

This has been my favorite mexican restaurant for years. Now I am disappointed. My mother ordered fajitas for 2 and an extra salsa and chips. She went to pick up her order and when she got home she realized they only gave her the extra salsa..not the chips. I called the restaurant and talked to the lady that took the order and told her what happened. She said they had only charged my mother the extra salsa not the chips. I told her that it was not our fault they did not write the order right and asked that if we returned, would she give us the chips for free. She said she asked the manager and he said no because they did not charge us for them. I told her I understood but we were going to have to drive all the way back because they didnt take down the order right, which was not our fault (she knew i was telling the truth because she took the order) She said she was telling the manager and left me on eternal hold. Its not even about the chips. This was just poor customer service.

This is a favorite Mexican eatery for my BF and I. The biggest drawback is the fact that we get hit-or-miss service from the servers. Sometimes they are very good, or at least adequate, and others they disappear and it turns out they have been assigned a big table but no one assigned US a new server. But their food is tasty and the portions are generous and the prices affordable. Great drinks, too!

Went there last night for my dads birthday and order 4 difrent meat parrillada sirloin was spoiled told the wItress n the manager n told us it was normal we will never go back to that place they act like there are paying for it out there pockets n still charge me 80 dollars when all we did is ate beans n rice n drinks

We love this place! The food is always so good and its priced very well for the portion size. Manager Henry is always welcoming and our waitress Victoria is awesome she always makes sure we are good and our drinks are filled and she is really sweet and funny.....if you have not tried this place YOU NEED TO ;)

The food was great. Had a really nice authentic menu too. Enjoyed our platter and they were fast to bring it out even with our 14 plus kids group. Getting the cheque was kind of slow, but not a big deal. Parking is weird since you have to park across the street, but again, nothing to deduct stars for.

My husband and I have never been treated with such disrespect and we WERE long time customers. The girl working the bar needs an attitude adjustment ,and the management needs more training on customer service,I will never give my business to the establishment again!!!!!!!

This place is home. Been coming here for years. Great local spot some of the best Mexican food in the area. Ill take anything with fajita meat.! From nachos to the tacos. Cant go wrong here. Many people I know love coming here for their drink specials.

Wish I could give more stars! The taste, prices, portions, and Ritas are always good! Did I mention warm salsa, yasssss?! Love to venture but there is no place like this one, just wish all the waitresses were on the same page on customerservice!

DONT BELIEVE THE HYPE. Low quality Mexican food. The chicken is dry, overly greasy steaks. Even the guac tasted awful! Why is this place so highly rated?!? Absolutely nonsense.... Save your hard earned money for anything else.

We come to DON CARLOS a hell of alot....but lately the service has been horrible...the staff dosent listen to your order and they make it up as they go...I think I will look for a different texmex restaurant after today

First they took an drink order from my cousin then they never brought it. We had to ask them again ,evidently she didnt understand English very well. Their salsa is very bland. Wasnt hot at all.
