ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING UNSANITARY PLACE! Horrible service UNSANITARY staff and food!! I will never come here again and I pray they dont make someone sick from their food! Andrea small mexican chick taking your food orders and touching the "salade bar" area food walks out eating food in her mouth and couches in her hand while handing you your food! Not to mention hardly anyone wears gloves NASTY! Loud intercom announces orders like in a truck stop and the whole place is just trashy! ZERO STARS!!!!!!!! Not real BBQ! Frozen nasty food and place!

The BAD (for families at least) If you have a child that is not potty trained or a infant, stay away. This place does not offer a changing table, so you will be forced to change your little one either outside, or on one of there tables. I find it very odd that in todays world that Bill Millers lacks this in there restroom for both Men and Women. You may think oh that is not a big deal, but in the Texas summer it is. The Good its Bill Millers, its consistently the same quality. Love that tea. Service was prompt and fast.

There is a constant flow of traffic to this location especially since it is close to a Helotes kigh school. When the kids arent in class they seem to be here getting something to nibble on at all hours. The usual bbq and fried chicken takes center stage here and its fairly consistent in taste and quality.. If you liked the chopped bbq sandwich that you had at a Bill Millers on Goliad Rd., chances are that you will like it here too. Good clean location selling middle of the road bbq, but it does get crowded at times.

This is the best Bill Millers Ive ever been to in San Antonio. However, I left a review like many of the others here about a location downtown. I guess the lesson is this chain is hit and miss. I think they could be so much better overall. They have the brand power, but they just feel lazy with power. Personally though, Ive had great service and food here for both breakfast and dinner. Hopefully you will too. I love their breakfast.

The food (chicken) is ALWAYS undercooked. If you want to come out of a restaurant looking like a vampire with a mouthful of blood, go and eat chicken from this place. The staff is always fooling around. Your order might be ready but the inattentive staff doesnt mind making you wait. They go out of their way to make you wait. Keep up the BAD work guys. TWO thumbs down...way down!!!

The little girl working the register at this location wont speak up. She attempts to verify your order, but you cant tell what she is saying. I finally had to move over to the next register to get waited on. I have had the same experience at the Potranco Rd. location. People at the register need to be able to speak up clearly!

The Food itself is fine. On par with other locations. However, the service is usually pretty horrible, so much so, that I will completely go thru the order when I receive before I leave the parking lot (learned my lesson too many times). 95% of the time my order is incorrect.

Service was prompt . i ordered the Bill Miller Breakfast plate. Hashbrowns good, beans alright bacon a little chewy and eggs could have been a little tastier and creamier. But overall it was okay.

food is reasonable but they are really bad about giving out condiments and napkins. You really have to ask them twice and when you do they give you one ketchup or one napkin. What a joke.

Great service and always have fresh food. Clean place and restrooms always kept up. When daughter is in town that is her first selection. Its way out of our location but worth the drive.
