I ordered a pizza for delivery. This is the first time I ordered from this location as my friend just moved to grapevine. My friend lives in a gated apartment and on the 3rd floor. I left detailed instructions on how to get through the gate, which they did not follow, and that we were on the 3rd floor. She got a call from the driver asking her to come down to the car to get the pizza....! What?!? I ordered deliver because 1 her foot is hurt and 2 she is sick... So, I called the location to make a complaint like any normal person. I was handed to the manager and told that they do not deliver to the 3rd floor and I stated that nothing is said on any sites that this is so. His next statement infuriated me... he said if you dont like it you dont have to order from us anymore... He stated he was the owner and his name was Adrian (if that is how it is spelled). He was very rude and kinda chuckled about it. I normally shy from negative reviews and 1 stars but this deserved to be known. I will never order from here as the pizza was not even that good.

Ive been wanting to try this place and now I never will! My parents just told me about their horrible experience here, heres what she had to say: We went in last night and 3 people were just standing there. They never spoke. There was a family of 4 eating in there and thats all. We ordered and sat down. It took FOREVER. we finally asked about our order which was a sandwich and side salad and me a big salad. A guy finally brought out a COLD hot sandwich dinky side salad and just looked at us. We asked about my salad and he says let me go check. Dads sandwich looked gross and was so cold. We just got up and said forget it. We are leaving. Keep our money and that sandwich is COLD. they never said a word. Didnt offer a refund so we spent $28 on water and to sit in a hot restaurant to be ignored and served crappy food. NO THANK YOU!

This has to be the best Italian food in the southern part of the U.S. Fantastic service, followed by fresh Italian food unlike anything you have eaten before! If you have not tried out New York Pizza, Pasta & Subs, you need to make your way there and order your favorite Italian dish!! Everything on the menu is absolutely delicious and freshly prepared! Not only is the menu full of every authentic Italian dish, each is served to your liking and i garuntee you wont get a better meal anywhere else! I have been to every Italian resteraunt in the Dallas/Fort worth area, and this is at the top of the list for sure 100%! Everyone that has been lucky enough to experience the great savory tastes of New York Pizza, Pasta & Subs, will consider this to be one of their favorite resteraunts if not their all time favorite!

Good guys, good food, good specials and good hours! I love these deli style pizza joints where you can walk in and order but its also a restaurant so you can sit down & eat too. They also have a nice patio, with seating. You may be a southerner who doesnt like yankees but I think we all love NY style pizza like these guys have! They have some nice lunch specials & reasonable prices to start with plus they are open until 10pm on weekdays and 11pm on weekends which is good for night owls like me. Go and see these guys. Sometimes we lose good restaurants in Grapevine, probably because rent is high and they arent getting enough business. We lost the Quiznos that used to be here (and the other Quiznos in town) so lets not lose these guys!

Requested a Half Cheese, Half Pep/Mush Pizza, and the guy had to call me saying theyd make an exception...wtf? Im getting a 1 topping pizza obviously. then, the delivery driver has to call me even though i left good instructions. hes flamboyant, cursing as he gets to my door, took over an hour, & my neighbors could hear him. and then he asks how we do a tip, i told him, sorry i dont have cash and closed my door and he tried to keep me from shutting my door. scary and unprofessional and not even good pizza, got to my apt lukewarm. never again, guys are crooks and dont want your delivery business, surprised theyre still in business, its more than likely a money laundry scheme.

My friends and I came here because it had such good reviews but we were very disappointed. We ordered chicken fettuccine and the sauce had gone bad. The fact that they still served us is just unacceptable and asks for a health inspector to close this place down. We also ordered the pizza and that was good hence the one star. The service was very slow (waited 30 minutes to get our food, the server forgot plates, seemed clueless). I will not recommend this place. I would urge a health inspector to check this place out. Seriously, you cannot feed rotten goo to your customers. Just say you dont have it.

Drove by the place and thought it looked interesting, I live right behind it so I thought it would be a quick good dinner. I love New york style pizza so I ordered the new york thin crust cheese pizza. I dont want to sound like one of those crazy reviewers but the pizza was terrible. The cheese was decent but I think its hard to mess that up. The sauce was probably the best part but wasnt mind blowing, and the dough/crust was terrible. It was not like any pizza I have had sense middle school cafeteria. Would not recommend.

Visiting Grapevine on vacation and decided to stop for lunch. The place is small and the atmosphere is simple but the food is true Italian. I had a chef salad and it was huge and amazing. My daughter had the lunch Chicken Parm and the portion was huge and she states it was delicious. Mom had a spinach salad with chicken and it was not only beautiful but she states delicious. The prices are very reasonable and you cant go wrong with trying this place. Oh and let me not forget to metion that service was also spot on.

Im from the northeast, and have been trying to find a pizza, pasta, and sub place ever since moving to Texas. Dominos doesnt cut it. So when my fiance and I saw this place we decided to try it. While its not the best pizza Ive ever had, its by far the best pizza in this area. The sauce is addicting, and finally someone knows how to distribute cheese on a pizza! I am not dissapointed and will be areturning customer

Absolutely amazing food!! Ive been here twice and loved it both times. I dont live in Grapevine but I was visiting the city and I wanted halal food and this is what came up on the zabihah app. Ive been to many halal pizza and pasta restaurants all over.. And by far this is the BEST Ive had!! (btw.. Combo sub.. Ahh-mazing!!)

Jesse and Adrian made us feel like long time friends. We are newer residents of Grapevine and we pass their restaurant on a daily basis. The service was fast, the prices were reasonable, and the food was delicious. The perfect balance of sauce, cheese, toppings, and crust. We have decided to dub this our pizza place.
