Theyve had this shop for a week, as of this post, and they have big plans for it, to get the soda fountain working properly, so they can run a classic soda shop. For now, they have a Panini grill, a shake spinner, and a huge selection of Dublin sodas. The Reuben was very good, and I had a chocolate malt to go with it. Excellent.

Friendly owners, clean and tidy shop. We had an ice cream sundae which was delicious. It was about $5 for the three scoop sundae and as many toppings as you want. I thought the ice cream was homemade but there was a Blue Bell sign which is why Im giving four stars.

We stopped here for dessert after a ridiculously good burger from The Green Pickle and after two bites of ice cream my oldest told me he wanted to live in Glen Rose so he could come to Shoo-Fly every day. Its a fun place with great treats.

Perfect cooling-off spot after a day with little kids at Dinosaur Valley. Its an old-time ice cream shop that uses Bluebell ice cream and specialty sodas from nearby Dublin. Will fit this into future Glen Rose trips.
