says the same. Do Not Ever Return. My personal experience (I have stupidly been twice to give them a second chance!) ) was horrific. I waited forever at the drive-thru, which is fine if the staff are rushed off their feet with business, but upon exiting the drive-thru I scanned the building and no-body was in the building!!! I went there to get something quick and edible before an important monthly meeting in my home with 4 other people. After waiting to be served for a while I had to repeat myself 3 times at the window . . . . I waited around 8 minutes for (objects from Home Depot masquerading as) food . . . I arrive home (less than 1/2 mile from the Burger King) open my bag . . . no napkins (I asked for them), dead fries, like I mean cold dead fries, as solid as rocks and . . . wait for it . . . . I ordered a burger and got some COLD pieces of wall board shaped like crowns, meant to be chicken I think . . . and wait theres more . . . I ordered an unsweetened ice tea and got sprite - and no, there was no other car behind behind me, so it was meant to be my order. Oh by the way, this was winter so there was no aircon going in my car to cool it all down. The clincher was, two of the four people at the meeting had visited that same Burger King and had horror stories of the same nature. I went to the website to file a complaint and they do not take e-mail complaints - whats with that!!! My daughter came home last week and had tried the Burger King yet again - same thing, slow unintelligible service from the drive-thru window and no-one in the building as an excuse for zero service and messing orders - right across the road is McDonalds - LONG LIVE THE GOLDEN ARCHES!!! My conlclusion is the only place I can recommend to eat Burger King is in the airport - fresh and face to face. I was required by Google to give it one star - as I could not close off my review having giving zero stars like I wanted. But ZERO STARS is the final conclusion of at least 6 people experienceing the same thing time and time again!

Cold food! Saturday my wife and I went to this Burger King,ate in and the food was just ok warm. Last night ( Tuesday night) we went through the drive through. Got home the food was cold. We live in the condos 200 yards from Burger King. The food was not even warm. We did not go back for more food or even complain we just gave it to the dog and went to Whatabuger 4 xs the distance. Went through the drive through. Got home with warm food. How hard is it to create warm food? Dont go here if your in a hurry. Believe me they are NOT. The old Burger King was far better. Ate there for years, wont go to this one again Disappointed

What a horrible customer service in this place. They call it fast food but it has nothing to do with it. I went to this place with my family and asked for 3 Wapper juniors and a #6. I was inmediately asked to not wait in the window but on the other side of the restaurant. There was no car behind me. This was not the first time they asked me to do that and I refuse to do it. The manager came out with a bad attitude and just said "Do you want your food fresh or not ??". I just asked for my money back and went my happy way to Mac Donalds. One thing is for certain...I will never go back to this place. And you should not do it either.

Wow. Ive been to this location quite a bit, and theyve actually generally been pretty good. This time, however, they gave me two ice cold order of fries and two lukewarm (at best) burgers. I called to voice my complaint and, after 8 futile attempts to get through, was first told that i was wrong and then literally HUNG UP on (after being put on hold for 10 minutes). Absolutely infuriating. I cant believe the management allows such a disrespectful person to manage the night shift, and I will never go to this location ever again.

Food was fine, being its pretty made lol. But when paying make sure you dont use cash. The MANAGER took our order. Was complimenting my 1 yr old while handing me my cups and change. Didnt give a receipt. I get to the next store only to notice I was shorted cash. I came back to location to get my correct change and she out right lies about what she gave me. So Ill be calling corporate.

Messy and somewhat dirty. Floor was wet in many places from air vent condensation. Walked into the bathroom and was immediately hit by a couple of drops of water from the vent above. Service was quick. Ketchup container was empty. Food was not hot. It wasnt even that cool in here. I was hot when I came in and still hot when I left.

Cold food terrible service Ive tried and tried for this location to be so slow you would think you would get fresh food Not! Please close like the Walmart location and bring Jack n the box this Burger King is the worst and in Frisco!!!!employees dont wear name tags and Refuse to give you a name!

I am not one of those folks that have high expectatinos of fast food but dear God, it would be hard to mess up more. My chicken Fries and frech fries were cold and stale and they shorted me a double whopper. So for $20 only a small portion of what I paid for was edible it there. Never again!

There is always something wrong with this place, the drive thru was shut down at lunch time. The staff doesnt want to work, just waiting for this location to close. No wonder there is a line around the building at Chick-fil-A and no one in line at this awful Burger King.

Only had 2 workers so they closed the inside dining up and only drive thru was open. Very rude workers and who slings your food around because they dont want to be there. Also I caught them making food with the same gloves on they used to take out the trash.

Some local BKs sell ice, I guess this one doesnt. Thats the main reason is stopped in. It seems strange to me that a national chain isnt uniform in what it offers. Also the service was slow.

Im just going to say that if you order to go check your order closely. They have gotten my order wrong several times. I still like BK but service has to be better than it has been lately

Front door locked--only access is through side door. Place looks closed, even though its open. Drive through is closed "due to technical difficulties", and they only accept cash.

The food seems to take a while to cook. The projector in the kids play area is worn out, and barely displays a projection on the floor.
