If youve ever been to any Dairy Queen (and what Texan hasnt), then you know its hard to screw up a blizzard, but if youre eating a meal at this location, get ready for some horrible service. The crew at this place obviously didnt want to be there. First of all, they looked like they had slept in their clothes, and rolled out of bed and gone to work. The whole store was filthy, with sticky floors and countertops, and smelly bathrooms. The apathetic cashier got my order wrong the first time so once I got it, the people I was with were half done eating, which I noticed happened to several other people while we were there as well. The gravy, which DQ prides itself as having the best, was very watery with white clumps floating around in it. This place was an absolute mess, and I hope that the management gets on top of things and turns this place around.

I usually love Dairy Queen..it was my first job when I was 16..the ladies in the front were courteous and nice..when I got my order..there was no cheese on the burger that I paid extra for..there was a small dab of mayo which you couldnt even taste and the lettuce was wilted..and the fries were soggy from the chilli and cheese. They seriously need a new cook or something. Wont be going back.

I waited at the window for two blizzards. She made them, charged me took more orders and got their drinks ready.. 5 minutes later gave me my blizzards after I signed the receipt. Smh by then ice cream was melted. I know they get alot of orders at the same time but there was so many employees she could of asked to help her take out orders while she was taking orders.

Very long honestly where ever you live go to a different Dairy Queen also known as braums that food there is way better and the wait is never that long the drive through took 2 hours minus 1 hour and 40 minutes I feel throughly offended by the way the lady looked at me supposedly Im in Texas I bet shes from california

This place is trash !!!!!!!!!! Worst place ever . Fort and last time Ill ever go . They made me wait over 38 mins for my food , wich came cold I ordered beef salad and no kind of beef was in the salad !!! I am beyond upset ... I will not be returning here !!!! If I could rate it lower I probably would do so !!!!!

Omg!!!! Took me 30min in drive thru line to get my drinks at 7pm cst on a sunday evening!! Wtffff!!! This is absurd!! And only 3 workers!!! Doesnt make sense!!! And drive thru lady took 5min to greet window and had my order wrong!! Horrible service!!

Worst customer service the workers all look confused and weve been waiting for 30 minutes still no food. Went to ask where our food was and they said "its coming out" waited for another 10 minutes and it never came out. Never coming here again.

I always get good service here and I live right down the street I think people are acting like this is a fine dining restaurant... its Dairy Queen in teenagers pretty much run the place I always get my stuff fast and theyre friendly enough

Poor customer service. The employees dont smile and the food preparation is slow. As soon as you order you are asked to pull around to a parking spot. Wouldnt recommend if you are looking for quick service.

I went on a Tuesday and they have half price nachos and tacos. The place was clean and the service was good. Food was good too and we did not have to wait more than five minutes for our food.
