We had breakfast this morning at First Watch in Flower Mound. I will preface this by saying we lived in Tampa previously and frequented First Watch often so were very very excited to hear we were getting them in Texas. First Impression: When we arrived the hostess was grumpy and visibly irritated by the family she had sat before us. Which was even more clear when she spoke under her breath (not quietly) to another employee standing at the hostess station about them. She then took us to a table that was not yet cleaned. She found yet another table for us which was one chair short. She set down the menus and walked off without saying anything further. We grabbed a chair from an empty table behind us. A few minutes later she came in with a chair and was visibly "ticked off" again that we had gotten our own chair. We then had to put our chair back so we could use the one she brought. Throughout the meal we witnessed her stomp around and be "huffy" in pretty much every interaction she had. Server: Our server took our order. All meals came out except 1. Then a few minutes later they brought out 1/2 of the meal that was missing and said they would bring the rest shortly. She then dropped our check on the table and told us we could pay up front...when we had just began eating and still had yet to receive the second half of the late order. Never brought or offered us more coffee and never returned to our table. Food: The food itself was good. It was the only part of our experience that was good. Sadly, after being so excited that First Watch had come to our neighborhood, we will not likely be back given the disappointing service. We will continue to have breakfast at Starwood where the staff is friendly and the front of the house is as good as the kitchen.

My husband and I have been coming to First Watch since it was the Egg and I. First Watch was definitely a wonderful surprise with fresh and delicious food. We were going back every weekend, sometimes both days. The food is still great. However, the service since it first opened is not the same. During the past few times, we noticed some inexcusable mistakes, the worse being a big lipstick mark in a coffee cup that took a while to be taken away after we discretely called the attention of our waitress. All servers need better training to attend the growing restaurant needs. We will give another shot to yall in a month because we do love the food and we believe yall can improve these little things.

Knowing it was 11:00 a.m. on Mothers Day and we were a party of 8, we knew we would have a wait. They told me it would be about 45-60 minutes. It was a beautiful day and we decided there would be a wait anywhere we might go on this day. During the 60 minutes we waited they checked in with us to let us know we had not been forgotten. When we were seated we had the most delicious, fresh food served by the kindest, most patient staff. The BLT eggs Benedict was beyond yummy. We will definitely be back as there are many other choices I am anxious to try. Definitely worth the wait!

Went to this place for the first time today with my husband. My husband had coffee and Daybreak Juice and the traditional breakfast. I had the new Morning Meditation Juice and the Trifecta breakfast with a blueberry pancake. Everything we had was DELICOUS!! Our waitress was also sweet!! We were impressed with how nice and clean the place was and how quickly we received our food. When we can afford it, we would like to come here every morning!! Highly recommend!!

This place is amazing! I had to take my car to Firestone today and they told me it would be 1 1/2hr so I walked to First Watch. I cannot say enough the atmosphere, people who work here, music, FOOD, fresh juice bar, cleanliness... Even though it is a 30min drive I plan to be back. My server Gabriela has been very friendly. I had the am Superfoods bowel and the morning meditation juice all amazing!

I have been here twice. I love the healthy options for breakfast and lunch. I can still have my "home-made" feel of food. The atmosphere is good. Staff needs a little help. Not enough of them. Food came out a little cold. Prices are a little on high side, but expect because of quality of food. $11-15 per person w drink. Plenty of parking. A starbucks next door is an added bonus.

This is a great place to grab brunch. Its almost diner style, but the quality is really high. Theyve got a pretty creative menu with several unique and delicious twists on classic breakfast foods. Its got great atmosphere as well. It can sometimes take a while to get service and food, so make sure you come when youre not in a rush

Just tried First Watch in Flower Mound this morning with my daughter and we were both blown away. Great coffee, amazing juice, delicious omelets, and some of the best pancakes weve had. The best part is that it was all healthy and fresh options. You have to give this place a try.

Despite being, "Sunday busy", the food was right on the mark. The food came out prompt and tasty. Sure we had a 28-ish minute wait time but hey it was midday Sunday. The staff are great and efficient. Its well worth the visit if you are in the area or even if you arent.

We had a late lunch at 1pm. Skillet hash-market with eggs over easy was great! Our server, Roy, was like a long lost friend that just wanted us to have a great experience, which we did! My daughter only wished it was easier to find vegetarian dishes on the menu.

Waited 20mins before waitress came by to take order and never came by with water till AFTER our order was taken. Waited 30mins for food and no one came by to refill our water (we had to go out of our way to ask.) the food was good, but Ive had better.

Very busy at weekend breakfast times but worth the wait. So much healthy variety that there is something for everyone. Service was good and attentive no matter how many people were queuing out the door. Will go back as the food tasted so good.

Been a couple times and the food is always below average. Tried to go in today and sat down, after 20 minutes we werent greeted or even looked at so we left. Skip this overpriced joint and go down the road to Snooty Pig in Highland Village.

I love this place! Not only the food, but also the staff is great. Theyre always in the mood and will make your mornings better - before your coffee LOL! Especially Aimee, she has an outstanding customer service! Thank you!

Just had breakfast there - service is slow - Both my eggs and my wifes were only lukewarm - the toast is always cold and slathered with too much butter - I liked this place better when it was the Egg and I....
