I was not prepared for the unprofessional,unkind, and disrepectful treatment we recieved. I first called to get information over the phone for the banquet hall and they had me speak to the daughter of the business owner who was not correctly informed on the policies and promised to send me an e-mail with pictures and package details, I never recieved anything. I then set up an appointment to view the place, when we get there no one greets us , a few minutes pass by and finally one of the staff members lets the general manager(owner) know were there to view and ask about the banquet hall. I am guessing the business owners wife looks to him and tells him that they dont have time to deal with us or show the bleeping room. Only my partner heard this and so I go on and follow the staff member who just walks us into the reception hall and leaves us standing there. The same lady then asks us what we need and almost seemed like she wanted to scare us away. I would say dont waste your time with these people , there are better looking venues in better areas with people who enjoy what they do and what they offer their customers, at better prices also.

They were hosts to our High Schools Soccer Honors Banquet for the second consecutive year. The cuisine was superb. There was one dish, pork ribs that were slow cooked and the meat fell off the bone tender and lean. There was some kind of spices on them that was sweet, but not overpowering with spicy heat. I went back for more at the serving line but they were all gone. Ill never be last in line again. The enchiladas were delicious too. Not sure if I was supposed to have seconds but I went for it. The staff was really helpful and kept the tables clear for the award ceremonies. Its a happy bright place. You could definitely walk to it from the train station. Theres parking in the back too.

Who ever rated Poor to fair has to be a competitor. We have been there many times and only once was the service not great and the food is always wonderful. they have a lot of different selections that you normally dont find and all of it is good. It is one of those great little out of the way places that everyone loves, well almost everyone. And yes I am one of those "white folks" but have been eating mexican food several times a week all over the metroplex and most areas of Mexico plus when I travel, which is way too much. Try it, you wont regret it.

Lugar con excelente ambiente y buena comida mexicana. Cuenta con un buffet variado que sirve platos típicos de México, ensaladas, fruta y hasta las bebidas tradicionales. El lugar es amplio y agradable, vale la pena para ir en familia.

When I 1st got there I thought it seemed to be a nice place I happened to walk by the kitchen and saw them cleaning their grill with a cleaning chemical while it was still hot and cooking on it right after he put that chemical on. I believe that could make someone sick even with cancer. Of course I quietly walked out and I dont have wishes now to go to another restaurant thinking others might do the same thing. I still cant believe htey would put peoples health at risk like that.

The salsa tasted like spiced tomato soup, although it grew on you. Mexican rice, check; Refried beans, check; generic ingredients and okay service. My real gripe was the vegetable enchiladas, very stingy on the veggies and I picked the Francis sauce, which was a hideous mistake, a very smoky sauce that was super sweet, just weird. Sorry to many other good generic Mexican restaurants to choose from, will not return.

I had ordered delivery through Grubhub and although the delivery time was expected to be long (an hour) I spent close to $50 for dinner. The turkey wrap was okay, a little bland. The taco salad was a little dry, but little tastier. The biggest disappointment was the Carne Asada I had purchased. It was severely over cooked and burnt. Im upset I payed $14 for it. That dish was not money well spent.

Great food, nice staff, and a home-y feel to the place. Its cozy but could do a party too. I would defiantly recommend it to ANYONE in the area. Its kinda hidden down Bee St. at Fruitland Dr. I only stumbled across it driving by the house I grew up in. Which is now across from this restaurant! How neat. The area has changed a bit but the outside my grandmothers house hasnt, lol.

Do you want to eat here? YES. We love The Victoria. We call it "Victorias", but its one-and-the-same. Great lunch specials, tasty salsa, guac, queso... never been disappointed with my meal here, and I never leave feeling like Im overly full or overly broke. The staff is always delightful and accommodating.

Really really good food. I went to the buffet this morning and was very surprised by the variety and how good it taste. The waitress was very nice and even though it was busy we were seated quickly. It is a drive for me to go there but it is so worth it and I will definitely be going back again very soon.

Seriously some of the BEST Mexican food ever. We visit Victorias probably twice a month. My husband being from Mexico - does not play - their fajita meat is charbroiled to a delicious taste, employees are always great, and the location is beautiful! Will always visit this location again and again!

This place is not great food, no taste but of course white folks love it. Chicken tortillas soup salty, I got expired beans, stingy with the tortillas chips. Only recommed theyre queso. The staff is not so great either! Who ever rates this place as good must be one of the employees writing post!

Went here on a week night. A little worried with little to no business. To my surprise this is a great place to eat. The most surprising thing was the prices. Should I say my meal was too little money; I will. I got too much food for too little money! Try this place and you will be satisfied!

They have buffet on Sundays till 3 & live mariachis from 11-1:30 on Sundays only. Perfect family friendly experience for a gathering. Everyone that I know likes this place or loves it, so try it for yourself & enjoy.
