Horrible experience, took my daughter out to eat and while I was telling them about how I wanted my order they interrupted me every single time I said what I wanted. Then at the end they threw my food in the bag without asking if I wanted it for here or to go. By the time I got to work with my daughters lunch the bag was leaking from the food and ripped from the grease. Manager didnt want to do anything about it. Today 3/17/17 @ 2:40pm worst service ever!!! 2nd time this happened with myself at this location! Oh almost failed to mention how they also placed my food upside down in the bag!!!!

I dont like to leave bad reviews but it has happened twice at this location. When an item is getting low, please ask to make more in advance. So when its my turn in line and they are out of steak I get the bottom of the barrel scraps. Its not fair that the person in front and behind me get more and fresher food. They never give the salad dressing either. Every other location always asks if I want it.

I am a disabled veteran. I love Chipotles food which is why I go. I am going to have to stop going because I am disabled and use a walker to get around. Fighting the doors just to get in to the place and order and the same leaving is just too much trouble. It would of been nice to have one of the staff help when they saw the difficulty I was having help but none came.

This is the worst chipotle I go to. I go to it cause its close but its terrible. They always run out of things whether its chips or meat. I placed an order online today and got there later that the pick up time and they still hadnt even started on making my order. Ordered double meat in my bowl and literally got 5 little chicken squares and 5 steak squares.

About the food, is right, the skinny tall guy with Earrings in your ears he putted like a half scup of rise and half scup of beans, that is not enoght, about the management is 5 star, i waited like a minute for steak, and Audry , one of the manager she was very nice with me and she said that i waited a minute, the food is for free

Placed an order online. Went to pick it up and the "roasted veggies" were raw, I received very minimal chicken and minimal rice. Food just didnt taste good. UGH! I was excited to have this one close to my office but I will continue to drive to the one at the Shops of Legacy.

Great place to eat!! Last time we came they were out of the lime rice and lettuce bc they were close to closing time and the manager took care of us! He gave us a buy one get one free so we will def be coming back for more yummy food and great customer service!!!!!
